Loved it. I don't know why kissasian says there are 12 episodes when it is clearly write (from the end of 10th ep.) that 11th ep is the last one. I enjoyed it and cried. I suggest everyone to watch it. Why is so underrated? There is no romance, this is the reason? Not every medical drama needs romance, there is human attachment. You'll be touched by every character in it and you'll not find bad characters here, even if they seems selfish at first but there are reasons behind their decision. Watch it, you will not regret it.
I loved it. I missed so much Haruta, Maki, Bucho (yes, shojo-manga-girl bucho), Teppe-ni, Chizu, Takekawa, Maika-san, Maro-kun, Choko-san, mama Haruta, mama Maki and papa Maki. It's refreshing seeing these guys. For the 2nd season's fault, I couldn't see OL with the same eyes. I mean, I started hating the series and I couldn't watch it without thinking of that 2nd season. Even if I hated the series, I wanted to see this move so bad and all the characters that became like a family for me. My love for the 1st season (only this one) came back. It's sad that everything ended but it's better like that.
I remember when I was in high school they taught us cpr and basic life support (primo soccorso we call it in Italian). I don't remember everything they said because it passed time but I still remember cpr. Didn't they teach you bls in high school? I didn't go at medical school and I find strange that they didn't teach you an important thing like bls.

I misunderstood everything from this drama? I should have to read from the beginning that Haruta and Captain would end up together? I should have to read from the beginning that Naruse and Shino would end up together? Haruta and Naruse's scenes didn't mean anything? I'm so confused and betrayed from how it ended. Some development from harunaru! Thank you baby Jesus, I still don't believe it. Haruta that try to help Naruse to ask Shino to see the luminary together was sweet but also hurting. You see that Haruta don't want to force his feelings to the younger. That scene where he takes Naruse's hand and put it in his pocket shows his weakness. Haruta can't stop his feelings but he's not rude like on the kiss moment, he did it without thinking about it but he regret it later saying to Naruse "it's only an example". The last scene when Naruse is heartbroken by Shino's rejection, Haruta did it intentionally giving to Naruse the message "you are not alone, I'm here".I'm sorry for Shino. He understood Haruta is in love with Naruse, he had enough and he prepared his luggage to stay away from Haruta. I was expecting Naruse running to Shino and talk to him (also Haruta thought the same) but he decide to go on his room. Why? He still love him, am I right? Captain that live his position was unexpected. In the first season buchou decided to retire because he wanted to follow Haruta and marry him. Here, Captain live because Haruta rejected his confection for three times? I want to see the scene where he slide on a cardboard box. Make it a new meme, please.
