@SailBeneteau: You are right. I found the uncut ending, lol. He did keep his promise. But the weird part is that when Yao Yao said to never be apart again, he kisses her forehead and the scene music changed... I wonder if he is removing her memory :(. I am just going to stick with them keeping there promise to meet again.

@SailBeneteau : Yes. I thought that bridge scene was where they meet in the underworld. The part shows Bai Yao Yao jumped into the pond, but do not know why she is back up again. I assume she suicide to meet Zi Xuan in the after-world.

I cannot get over the ending, but at least there is a happy side couple, Yin Hu and Ma Din. Hope there is more where Lu Li and Wu Jun will meet again. Reincarnation.

The drama is funny, and I like all the actors/actresses. I want how Fei Fei is going to sing a song when she said she does not have any talent. I thought she was going to show off how great she sings, but instead, she sings twinkle twinkle little star out of all the songs she could have sing. I find this funny, but at the same time she makes people happy and laughs. Also, towards the ending, it was unexpected, because I thought Jiacheng was the reincarnation of Bei Tang Yi. I like how the drama has a twist/unpredictable and funny.

The ending seems sad yet happy that they reunited. The ending scene shows Bai Yao Yao jumped into the pond. Then the scene shows images of her past with Zi Xuan. Doesn't usually when people die, they see their past in a flash. To me, it seems Bai Yao Yao suicide. In the end, they kept their promise and met in the afterworld. The scenery change to having lotus flowers in the pond and bright, colorful scenery. I am happy at least they are united rather than torn apart from their loved ones. After all the challenges they have gone through, they can finally be together in what I believe is the afterworld. However, this is my perspective. So, maybe Zi Xuan did not die and Zi Xuan kept his promise in the end.

The ending left me sad, but it is what it is. If she chooses either one of the male leads, I will be sad too because I do not even know who I should ship her with since both of them love her deeply. I wish there can be a 3rd season where they will find YeYin's reincarnation., but it might be a sad ending again where both male leads will fight for her love. Sigh. Time to look for another happy ending drama to get rid of this sad lingering feeling.
