I agree, the same way he said "i can't let her go to another man." and then immediately drove her to another man, literally. I think this is one of those things he says, but in the end, he cares more about them and about his friendship with JW. He may drag it out a bit more before changing his mind, and I'm sure if JW confronts him about it, it will only make him stick with it longer, anytime someone says not to do something it only makes you want to do it more, but in the end they do have a deep bond, and, from what they've said, this isn't the first time they've both liked the same girl, so their fight won't last. Although I definitely expect some exchanges about how it's different this time around because they really love her/she's different from the other girls/ect.
