Though i have written similar but - This is just my pov post 5 episodes -
- FL struggled in work --had very bad relationship --left everything and came back to hometown ( Sam dal-ri had similar plot ) - 2nd ML right now looks to be a single father for some reasons ( One Spring night plot ) - ML always loved her childhood friend but he was unable to tell her + he was not very passionate for her ex-gf ( Kind of similar to my first first love ) - ML parents are not idle one ( which happens in many kdramas ) - This guest appearance of ex-gf just to make FL realise her dreams , ML realise how he always loved FL ( similar stuff happened in many kdramas ) .. was it really needed ? - Shirtless scenes of both ML and brothers ( required ? - probably used to trend drama on SM ) - FL parents are not rich .. doing loads of hardwork to run a rest and what is brother doing ? ( kind of useless brother theme ) - Rushing to hospital for a small things - ML ? ( done to extend this time by 1hr ) - Reference of Something in the rain coz it's also a drama of ML ( was it really funny ? ) - How come FL is so ignorant of fact that ML likes her ? Girls have natural gift to easily understand that other person likes her .. - Again 2nd leads are just side characters who have no interesting storyline here
I think - Drama is not bad but it is not extraordinary .. It's just an avg drama but +ve thing is - it comes up with very good acting and some good dialogues .
Since it is from same team as of HCCC - i think it could have had been better.
Yes Sam dal-ri also has common plot but best part of Sam dal-ri was lead actress "Shin Hye-sun" - for me she is probably best actress of world - who can literally move any drama by +1 point.
This is my honest review .. apologies if it hurts anyone who is totally loving this drama.
One may disagree but this drama is total let down .. Makers must understand that every story don't deserve 16 episodes. This is one such theme and story line which could have had been wrapped up under 12 episodes. Practically no character is enjoyable now .. 2FL has learned foreign language for this ? What is her role here ? ML bad memories are wiped out, FL who herself is doctor has trauma from childhood , 2ML is irritating and being a jerk , First love stuff ( repetitive concept ) Total immature writing ..
lol ... this is such a fun drama .. their are no serious characters .. .. kind of no main leads ( who will get maximum screen time ) .. For a non-korean like me .. u can even enjoy it while having dinner ( don't have to use brain + it's dubbed in many languages ) .. Watch it to understand the theme .. kind of difficult to explain via words ..

lol .. unexpectedly 1st episode was funny. I don't think this drama will have many heavy moments - it's going to be light, fluffy .. Those who like serious dramas - might not love this.
My view .. i think this drama has taken a page from Welcome to Sam dal-ri .. Only 4 episodes though so will wait how remaining story unfolds, But if i have to compare as per my taste based on theme where FL shifts back to hometown coz of abuses at work etc

That's the beauty of 10-12 episodes drama !! They start beautifully and have a very good pace. Their are no dull moments + they have a proper balance of everything. I totally loved the 1st episode .. Good writing, Good execution. Waiting for 2nd one ..
So ep-3 .. She took a year off ? Y ? Makers have intentionally played game here so that we can keep on guessing :P
Though its going on nice and smooth - i felt something wrong .. Makers have given almost negligible screen space to 2nd leads - like hardly 10 min ? I think if you have an episode of length > 1hr - 2nd leads must also be given a proper screen time.
Among all the ongoings .. this is my fav drama . This is very beautifully written, acting is top notch + pace is brilliant.
My Pov : Kdramas need to evolve - u don't need every drama to be 16 episode stuff unless u have a solid story line like sam dal-ri, waikiki etc. I lost my interest in Bad Memory eraser coz i feel writers have messed up to make it 16 episodes long .. 10-12 episode dramas are always beautifully paced and they don't carry unnecessary thing like "breakup", "misunderstandings", " love triangle etc"
I am totally lookin forward to complete this drama + Cinderella at 2 am + No gain No love ( coz its also 12 episodes long )
Have just watched 2 episodes of Love Next door so will see how it goes by ..

Just my pov .. this drama is nothing new ... maybe they had a nice theme but writing is below avg as per me. I was very interested initially but now i have dropped it. I can't handle 16 episodes at all. I will rather watch cindrella at 2 am. Not even a single character in this drama which can help me to complete it ...

Childhood connection b/w ML and 2FL is the real mystery here but if turns out that she is real lover thn writers have wasted almost 8 episodes ( coz they met just once ? ) .. 2ML right now looks trash to me he is definitely hiding many things , FL initially wanted to use him but at present she is hiding ( not lying ) things from him coz she wanted to protect him from her trash ex-lover and his department. Though i do hate this stuff that u r hiding things from him .. Poor soul now will suffer because of fluctuating memories.
