All of his womanizing , Playboy and arrogant behavior is just a cover for his secret military strategyms! I mean, he is a bit deceitful and playing ZiYi to get the deed to the land, but she's a shite person, and he's seen her be mean and cruel many times , so I don't think he minds playing her. He was only a little bit cruel at the beginning to PingJun because he thought she was part of the group trying to kill him. He has already shown many times that he has compassion and kindness in his heart and he's working on cleaning up all of the greedy men in the military.

That's what I was thinking too! LOL There were lots of guys helping all of the soldiers who were injured and bogged down. I mean, there were already taking the brother away, so then, okay, now the rest of the guys go help my other son LOL how does he not love all his children?
And why wouldn't the father want all his children to be in positions of power and help the family?

Yes! I logged on at midnight to Mango TV and it wasn't there. I restarted my laptop to refresh it and it still wasn't there at 12:05 and it freaked me out but then I found it on Viki! After episode 6 I looked on Mango TV and voila, there it was so I got to watch episodes 7 LOL 😊🤗

I was effusively rapturoulsy waiting for this and Cheng Lei did not dissapoint! His initial portayal as the libertine. cold, supercillious Yu ChangXuan seemed shallow and disturbing at first but as the episodes continued, his stern, hard exterior slowly revealed glimmers of warmth , kindness and also, a painful father-son relationship. A very deeply layered and indepth character.

Xu Ruohan is endearing and easily likable as Ye PingJun. She posesses a fearless spirit and an unshakeable inner strenth.

The entire cast is quite exceptional, along with the writing/story and production. It is clear from the first few episodes that this beautiful story is destined to stay with us for a very long time!

I absolutely adored this show! Wasn't just a simple love triangle story, it had creative, in depth, individual and intertwining stories, deeply layered that end up coming together full circle and tying up everything nicely at the end. Stay past the credits though, don't miss the final scene at the wedding.
I give it an 8.5/10! 🫰🏻🫶

Exactly, not just another boring love triangle, I love the evil villain, historical traditional costume twist at the end. I also love that the 2nd male lead came to terms with and recognized his obsession and let her go.
It was a quaint little show that had a really cool Vibe and flow from beginning to end! 🫶🫰🏻

Right? LOL it was seriously the most intensely, creative opulent set and costume designs I've ever seen. And the story was so indepth and detailed. Just blown away.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, them in Whispers Of Fate! That drama was a visually resplendent ocular orgasm! 🤗 That was like a traditional Chinese costume psychedelic trip LOL but in the best way possible! I love interior design, arts and crafts and all types of art, and this set and costume design was the most opulent opulence LOL 💯🖼️🎨🖌️

I am so excited for this! There are rumors of release date as October 8th or October 11th. I hope it's tonight! It is October 7th in Canada and the shows usually drop at midnight so I'm hoping four and a half more hours then I can watch my favorite Cheng Lei🎭💙💪!!! 🤗☺️👏
