This is an accurate description of Pheem. I only see people bluntly tag him as just an obsessed playboy, but there are much more complex layers to his character. When I see him listening to the songs Jira prepared, he looks like he already knows he has no chance in the battle, yet he gears up as he doesn't know what else to do.

What Koh has and Pheem does not, is plot armour. If Pheem was the main protagonist, people would see his actions as a player turned a hopelessly in love person who is trying everything to get Jira's attention, which is very 'cute'.

I would really like to see how Jira returns to work after this carefully crafted humiliation.

Jira's self esteem, for whatever reasons, is not doing a good job.
