I have this thing also where I like to start what I finish. I use to only drop really bad dramas or dramas that lose my interest and I can't get back into it no matter how hard I try. I've come a long way, I think, since my first Asian drama. Now, I will drop a drama like a hot potato if it's a complete mess or gets boring. I think it's because the novelty has worn off. I need a drama that gives me something new or at least does the same old thing really well.
I had high expectations so I'm disappointed because it was very meh for me. I love Toma, but I feel he was wasted here. They should've given him more to do/more dialogue. The film was long, but sort of slow and not much really happens. Though the leads were strong actors, I didn't feel the emotional connection in the acting.
Park Seo Joon has played this role for his last 3 dramas minus fight my way. I might watch for Park Min Young, but the premise sounds like the same old thing.
This was pretty good. I thought the first 4 episodes were really strong and interesting. The next 3 kind of meandered, but were still good. It finished well with the last 3 eps. I was ok with the ending, but I hope there's a special or second season.
This is my jam right now. Tone, characters, and plot are exactly what I need in a cdrama at the moment. I'm so digging all of the characters. And Li Xian...the visuals on that man are a 10+.
This drama was simple, but there was something very likable about it. I marathoned it the last three days. Leads have really nice chem and I liked that the romantic conflicts don't involve noble idiocy and stupid misunderstandings.
