I don’t think that matters. Writers change things from source material and add/omit things all the time when it comes to tv and movies.

I know some people were complaining about the uncle not being dead, but I knew he wasn't the minute we saw the body. That was only confirmed for me when he heard the recording of Jian's voice and kept listening to it over and over. He knew it wasn't her and he was on to that lil %@#. In the end, I think the whole point was to answer Jian's questions and give her the opportunity to decide what she wanted to do - leave for real or stay and really know who her Uncle was and the danger that surrounds them. It was really the only way to protect her now that she was at that age where she wanted her own life. I loved the whole set up. And there is definitely room for a second season because while everything was tied up and they beat Babylon, that doesn't mean Bale will stop. And Unc needed her prepared and ready in case.

I loved it from start to finish! Absolutely want more seasons.

This drama was good, but no one watches 40 eps for THAT ending. They went through it from jump. Give me a real happy ending with at least 5eps of fluff at the end. Also, I wanted more dragon power things.

Gwi Nam got on my very last nerve. The actor did his thing.

Definitely going to check out the first few eps for Lomon.

Episode 7 was an effin tragedy. Heart on the floor cause the writer went insane on me. Like, I didn’t ask for this. Bodies left, right, and on top.

I can not believe those two decided to stay ....not that it matters cause the joker card at the end tells me everything I need to know. I am happy cause my babies are alive, but stressed since we're getting a 3rd season and who knows what will happen

I'll believe it when I see it. Him and Won Bin were two of the first actors I fell in love with when I started watching dramas in 2005 and then they left me high and dry.

Love the main characters and liked it well enough to watch season 2. Got better towards the end. I need season 2 to go off.

This drama had a lot of potential, but failed to deliver on most of it. I enjoyed it, but the ending was a let down.

A perfect 10 for me. Story was solid from start to finish. I was engaged every ep. Actors were great and no loose ends. Give me more like this.

ETA: Overall, I enjoyed it and can't wait for season 3. Things started off a little slow and the vibes were different for this season, but I expected that with the new cast. I think they did a good job of tying up things from seasons one and continuing those threads alongside the new stories. The wait is gonna be torture.
