I don't think you can compare. The US has more seasons and a lot of time has been put into developing all of the characters. The KR is a good start, but there's not enough of it for me to say it's better than the OG. If it gets more seasons. It definitely has the potential to be just as good.

I really did expect Sa Bin to have a different reaction when she found out that Jong Bum tried to off her guy and then he even confessed that he loved her. While I thought she'd react like Ha Eun did when she visited Ji Chul in jail, I'm glad that she didn't and I understand what the writer is going for. I think that by really accepting Jong Bum's nature while also pointing out to him when he's wrong and going the way of beast, they may be able to change that tragic end. Think about it, they didn't consider before that while he has those killer tendencies he really (as far as we know) wasn't responsible for any of those murders. He only got in on it to get that heart for Ha Eun. I'm eager to see the next ep because Sa Bin has been honest with him about liking Soo Hyuk, but I wanna know if he's gonna be able to accept it when she officially friend zones him. I think that there is a possibility that he can avoid killing the guy Sa Bin loves and that maybe they can come to an understanding. Maybe. But Ion know about the fiance and some others. Somebody's gonna die.

The fiance and Jong Boom with the killer vibes is not a joke though. Now I know some of yall don't understand Sa Bin, but I have thoughts...

Ok, so it wasn’t just me. I had that same thought on the ep where the father leaves. There was a scene after he jumped out of the car I believe that made me think the same thing.

The way I view the music is that its a “trick of the light” so to speak. The writer does just enough for you to forget that JB is between human and beast and then we get scenes where he’s trying to incite murder, stalking SB, or trying to mimic human emotion and then it’s like yeh he’s not the hero you guys. It’s actually a common writing tool for tone and duality so it doesn’t bother me here cause it adds to the exploration of his true nature and the struggle there.

Isn't he about 14 or 15 now? So maybe when he was 7 or 8 he did it. Just a theory, but he's definitely not wrapped too tight. Although now that I remember, the butterfly tatoo points to the fiancee helping to kill the girl. I on know, but they all crazy.

I have to agree with this. I do feel compassion for JB character wise. He’s clearly a product of his unhealthy environment, but stalking and manipulation are not cute.

I actually think there’s a possibility that not all three will die this time.

So... I’m really enjoying this so far. The leads are killing it. JKY is seriously scary when he hits that serial killer vibe (you’re doing amazing sweetie ❤️). Something I really like about JSY’s character is her capacity for kindness, her level of compassion, and sense of justice. She’s giving Jung Bom the benefit of the doubt and treating him like a normal human being until he crosses that line. I’m pretty sure that line will be him trying to off Soo Hyuk. I like how cold and tough Soo Hyuk is. He’s really not fazed by anything...except the possibility of Sa Bin getting hurt (aww). I’m looking forward to that softer side coming out more and how that affects him moving forward. I’m just trying to figure out where all these crazy people came from and what their end game is. Seems rather obvious it was the little brother that killed the girl in the past and his brother took the fall. Same thing with the girl in the present. I’m just wondering if the dad knows and is pretending he doesn’t. The fiancée is also clearly crazy, her mom too (I feel like she’s in love with the serial killer that everyone thinks is dead).
