I agree! I remember people were complaining that the FL in love next door was too aggressive, overly loud and annoying n childish and being hit by mum or hitting her brother too much etc (love Jung so min )and here the leads show no outburst or much emotions 😆😆

Could be the script writer and director. She was a mother in yanxi palace and she was memorable in that role.

N she admitted to her friend that the son is very happy and must have grown up with a lot of love n warmth - grand parents n great grand parents

I think the mum stopped them from meeting, not sure if he went away for business and the docs took the baby out of her earlier. She wasn’t due to give birth hence the c section to extract baby out early 😢

Is this believable? I don’t know anyone who will love their spouse more than the kids n this is just an empress he has truckloads of consorts. But I know this is a drama 😝
