I am really enjoying this wuxia! The fight scenes are great and personally I am glad the romance if any is subtle 😆 there are too many romance dramas out there as it is. I was hoping it was similar to the strange tales of tang dynasty as the crime stories are more interesting but regardless of that, I will continue watching 🥳

You are absolutely correct! She was applying for manager jobs in fancy hotels with no experience and she was protected by her ex hub. I think the drama is realistic in the way she is a people pleaser (probably just glad she got a job and promotion). It’s not like some other C dramas where they r tough n “beat” up villains in first place 😆😆

I agree! I remember people were complaining that the FL in love next door was too aggressive, overly loud and annoying n childish and being hit by mum or hitting her brother too much etc (love Jung so min )and here the leads show no outburst or much emotions 😆😆

N she admitted to her friend that the son is very happy and must have grown up with a lot of love n warmth - grand parents n great grand parents
