I was once a straight drama watcher bought into the BL industry bcz of YouTube short of the K-BL "Semantic Error" (but even before that I always supported the LGBTQ+ community) .. never went back since then .. many people like me are coming in this industry every time even conservative ones (you never know).
Watering it down doesn't make it less intresting in my opinion .. it's still atleast portrays the feelings of each character. Nothing was left unsaid.
Also i never said Author is involed in production. But as soon as author sold the work for the adaptation. They basically agreed to the manipulation the drama makers are gonna do. If you wanna go intense .. support the main author nd read their work.

😐 Why should I be considerate of the criticizers lol ? It's not like they're doing something good. They're harming and hurting someone and their efforts.

The two are very different things, very different matters. Not worth comparing.
Nothing was changed in this drama. It's just script makes it a little different than original. That's it.
It's not like the failed to portray Heesu or Seungwon's feelings or didn't tell us that they're gay. They did all of it.

Lol .. also the actual author of the manhwa is getting paid for this adaptation .. nd they definitely know that now the screen writers are going to write the script a/c to how they want to portray it to the media. So it is possible only in full consent of the author.
By comfort of the actors I mean .. everyone has the right to think about themselves that doesn't necessarily mean they hate the thing in which they're getting themselves involved in. They're just cautious. It's not wrong.

Probably you don't know .. even small drops will fill the cup someday .. nothing goes to waste ..
Even if this did not go a/c to the Manhwa .. it still has impact on the society.. it will never make you go back to being homophobic or atleast it will shaken you a bit .. especially those who have never been to the BL world nd are watching it as their first BL for the first time .. it's not very extreme or too much to handle for them.

They don't need to fully copy a Manhwa or something for a drama. So what if they straightwashed it .. the comfort of the actors/actresses also matters .. maybe they don't want to do it.
Manhwa and the adaptation doesn't really need to be the same (in my opinion) .. it's real life .. ik they will get so much love for going exactly like how Manhwa went BUT ONLY BY BL FANS AND THAT PARTICULAR MANHWA LOVER .. at the same time they will also recieve so much hate .. BL watchers are less in comparison to Straight drama watchers .. nd if they're watching it they can have maybe good opinion about it or maybe totally bad opinion that they start hating .. why taking such risk ..?!
So atleast us as BL fans should thank them for even giving us this. Leave the hating part for haters. If atleast we will support them then all kinds of haters will become minority lol ..
I just want to say .. I'm grateful for their hardwork .. I hope they get more good projects after this of all kinds .. I wish to see them on screen again.

The chemistry can't get any better .. this should be the standard of a couple in real life .. You fight you talk it out and make up soon, You stay with eachother in the hard times, You say your comforts and discomforts and give your partner time to adjust with it ..
So natural .. it didn't felt like they were acting .. I felt emotions through the screen .. it was so on point .. now i understand why people are crazy over OhmNanon .. even GMMTV and it's actors are crazy over them .. I saw how they were being shipped in GMMTV Starlympics by other actors and actresses .. but that doesn't mean we (fans) go overboard and make them feel uncomfortable for the decision they made for themselves a/c to their own comfort .. shipping is okay .. but making them feel bad for breaking the partnership is not it ..
I feel bad for finding this late ..
