They also won't make you more depressed because ending is always happy so it's safe to watch and if you pick out some words of encouragement, they can encourage you as well. But kdramas like "My Mister" represent depression and resolution far better

No, not every suicide case blames themselves, or throws a tantrum and blames others. Not every suicide case listens to what people around them say about them. Not every suicide case can be saved by few words. It's an entertaining Kdrama that deserves about 6/10, maybe 7/10. But in terms of delivery of such serious topics, the limited creativity and empathy of production team really was apparent. Don't watch this if you treat these topics seriously, watch it if you want simple, nice entertainment.
