Well despite lot of people finding the plot frustrating, I find it very interesting. I'm dying to watch episodes 9 & 10. I want to see how Sunny's character changes after she fins out the truth about the Emperor.
I heard that Li Xian is not going to in this season ???? ????
Yes he injured his waist and scheduling conflicts. Apparently he had asked the production company to push it back but unfortunately they couldn't come in to terms.
Reversed perspective. Maybe their own culture doesn't have the appeal to drive an entire drama yet, in their eyes?…
Well you do have a very good point. i guess it differs from person to person. For me I'm from a mixed religion family and for some reason the Buddhist culture appeals to me even though I'm living in a more Buddhist-related life. But what you said about the Christian thing is true. Many Koreans do seem to be Christian/Catholic.
So after The Guest I was having high hopes for this drama (I can see many came after that here XD) but I guess airing this only few weeks after The Guest was a bad idea. It's being compared to The Guest a lot which is actually not fair on the drama. This is a different drama and people should stop comparing and watch it. Despite all of what I've said above, even I'll have to admit that there are a lot of aspects that make this like The Guest XD like the cinematography, the whole feel of the drama. It's almost like a sequel to The Guest. It'll be awesome if the gang from The Guest makes a cameo in this. The fans will go ballistic (including me). Also one of my biggest concerns, why do the exorcists always have to be from Catholic churches? I mean can't Korea make an innovative drama about how their own culture exorcise the ghosts like in The Wailing? It would have been alot nicer if this was based on them. Like the Koreans always give their cultural stuff in horror movies the supporting characters.
I feel like there won't be. OCN normally doesn't add the romance genre to these types of dramas. I'm a romance junkie too but believe me these types of dramas are better without any romance in it.
After watching the first 2 episodes I am utterly hooked to this drama. Also this is much like the famous Japanese drama Yakou Kanraasha. If anyone loves this type of dramas I would highly recommend the above drama. It is so like this.
i mean I get it's a reunion for Mr. Pride and Miss Prejudice couple (tbh they were really cute in the movie), I still want vin and Dilraba to be a couple :(
I was actually putting this off thinking the male lead wasn't that good looking enough for Zhang Li Ying but the more I watch the more I'm loving the male lead. He is so charismatic and acts his character flawlessly. I was regretting putting it off for so long.
