FL's ex comes back and wants to start over. The reason for them breaking up was him lying about the FL's and her parents occupation to his mother because he wanted to marry FL (he said she was working in television and her parents were teachers while actually she was studying and was raised by single mother).FL thought that he was ashamed of her and break up with him. So the ex is trying to make up but there is no chance for him to get back with FL. I guess he is just there to apologize to FL and her mother and cause some jealousy scenes. But there is someone else who will cause angsty scenes. ML and sML (yes the FL's ex) first love comes to dating show to keep things interesting and to meddle. She blackmails one of the participants to quit from the show because she thought ML likes that participant. Later she accuses FL of blackmailing that she did, FL and ML of dating before even the dating show starts and that everything was rigged and she just flies off To Paris and her arc ends there...Everything is resolved because FL finds the blackmail recording. Tbh that was good time for kdrama writers to break them up but fortunately they did not. There are some angsty parts with FL's biological mother (the one's raising FL is not her biological mother) but not too much. The car crash involving ML's family came out of nowhere. ML's mother was in coma but she wakes up eventually. Two kisses, some hugs, overall healthy relationship but as always in kdramas when they started dating they made them a little too shy, awkward and cringe. Sorry for my chaotic writing and grammar mistakes:)

Frankly Speaking no break-up

I will qualify it as a no break up drama, also probably the best wuxia I've watched ( I didn't watch many)

Idk, from ep34 to ep 36 she either cries or helps ML build the dam. Thanks to this no one can defames him anymore and it's when FL finally meets with ML and there is no longer threat of death for them (there is still sML tho). So this is how the drama portrayed this. FL probably could tell ML that she is alive and they could build this dam together (with FL worki g in the shadows), but it is what it is. I like it much more than this pointless break up in Blossom in adversity or any other drama.

From ep33 to the beginning of ep36

Destined. Leads get married at ep3, no break up/divorce.

So you will probably hate him in ep 9 & at the beginning of 10 :D The ML's "confession" in the second half of the 10th episode is really good though. I really like how FL reacted to this and how they got together. Ps. My first post here:)
