Love this adaptation so far. ML is sizzling. Seriously, his habit of biting his bottom lip when looking at FL... 🔥🔥🔥
Thai version: More lighthearted with comedic characters; ML is softer, charming, and really lets FL get away with some things that are questionable in their line of duty. I get that this version focuses more heavily on the romance aspect, so the investigative/police work plots kind of take a back seat and aren't developed as cohesively. There are some scene developments that may not be choreographed or written well, but overall I think it's still fun and cute.
Chinese version: One of my favorite dramas because it has it all: investigative/mystery, action, romance. Overall darker tone; the ML is more serious and authoritative. Some people have described the FL as "stiff" but I believe her quietness and lack of animated expression is just part of her personality. I adored her because she was intelligent, kind, genuine, and she visibly pushed herself to achieve the physical requirements of her job to make sure she could be a good team player.
Anyway, did I mention the ML (Prach) bites his lip often in this one?
