I'm a millennial out of university yet I always end up watching and even liking these BLs full of tropes and cliches... I just want more BL not surrounding Gen Z sometimes lol.
I think Ait is a cutie, but I wasn’t feeling the chemistry with James as much as I felt the chemistry with Bas and Marco the last few episodes. I know the background story this is based off and I’m glad this show is bringing those sensitive, taboo subjects to light.
I’m looking forward to Bas and Marco’s development. I hope Michael gets more roles because he is a good actor.
I kind of want Aoey to get a special episode, because him crying and eating a flower felt idk uncomfortable. He should have had Mork be there for him more. Mork hardly got screentime the whole series.
I overall adored SibGene’s relationship and how it developed. The fandoms and companies were the ones who were toxic, not them being together.
If you liked the original MingKit from 2 Moons you will enjoy this. It does kind of feel like the continuation of their story they were supposed to have lol. Well Gen Y is based on a spin off of 2 Moons.
The story is basic, has a lot of side characters going on... but something to binge if you have free time. It was a bit confusing having Thanu be “fated” with Wayu and Phai. The writers were probably confused what to do with Wayu’s story since there was a voting on who his end game will be for S2.
Just saw the trailer! The quality looks amazing like the previous. Very excited, however the story plot seems to be giving a lot of sad hours and drama when we just saw how difficult it was for them to get together...
Ok there are some cute scenes. BUT there are also a lot of creepy and cringe worthy ones! Watching your best friend…
Yes there are issues with some things in the story, but it's fiction. If some people can't distinguish fiction from reality then there is something wrong there... There are way too many cutesy couples out there, I like the sexy and mature parts of Licheng and Muren's relationship.
Hmm solid first episode. The story just seems pretty typical and something we've seen so many times lol. This is on my watch list though, I like seeing Kaownah and Turbo.

I get ya... but it isn't really shocking they are still filming. Since cases are rising from COVID they have to wait for locations to be safe to film, make sure no staff and cast members won't get sick, etc.

My only complaint about the ending is that I wish they gave a better ending to Aoey. Maybe for a special episode?
