I do also feel the main issue of this season for some people is that this new director isn't bringing out the emotions and feelings that P'Tee from the first season did. The scenes that should make you blush and feel like there is so much chemistry, like before, feels a bit lackluster with this season :( I love MewGulf and the cast (no problem is with their acting)
Arm and Plustor should have a series of their own after this. I am interested in their ship so far in this series... I feel they have chemistry and look good together. I do ship Stud and Earth but Pop wouldn’t be a bad endgame imo. I'm just tired of Earth with Sam though :(
This is still a satisfying open ending. I like the talk they have with each other and the way Karl would have liked things to turn out that night. But life doesn’t go that way sometimes... I take it as Karl is having a new start where he accepts himself as gay, but he isn’t forcing himself into a relationship with Vlad. Vlad in the end seems more as someone who helped Karl become confident and accepting of who he is. Even though the title is Like in the Movies, the whole meaning of the ending is telling life sometimes is not like the movies. Hopefully there will be a season 2!
Imagine this season being more mature and steamier because they are in Uni! They have a label now apparently and we know how attracted they are to each other hehe. At least this is less than 4 months away.
