Yes this will actually feel like a series rather than a movie split into parts. I believe this is from WATCHA again. WATCHA is giving us all the good series lately so I hope this one does well.
Is Semantic Error domestically more popular than To My Star..?? Cause TMS's fan meeting had a lot of korean fan…
Well I see a lot of promotions on WATCHA and DONGKIZS (Jae Chan’s group) YT channel. They also have been doing a lot of interviews and photoshoots. Since they haven’t done fan meetings I’m not too sure how big they’re fans are compared to To My Star though. But overall Semantic Error has been one of the only K-BL I’ve seen openly promoted well.
PARK SEOHAM , JAECHAN, WRITER and the DIRECTOR of Semantic Error will be live today @ 11 p.m https://twitter.com/Tinkerland0303/status/1499968214909947907ANDTommorrow…
At least we’ll get to see him live before he enlists 😭
I hope they don’t kill off Black and it’s like White replaces him… Gun though is such a great actor he really gives a different feeling and vibe to each one.
But I am scared. China gave me a trauma now I am scared of other Asia countries BL becoming very popular domestically…
I don’t think we have to worry about BL being banned in S. Korea and even Japan. The government there is not like China’s. But there is still a long way for anything lgbtq to be socially accepted there and promoted on mainstream television. But things have been moving in the right direction.
I’m glad Semantic Error has gained a lot of domestic popularity. It’s really is great to see K-BL becoming more accepted in S.Korea. Companies, brands, magazines are slowly starting to promote it. It’s only a matter of time until we get full length dramas.
This show is seriously just well done all around. Even if there was a slight time skip it still flows because things were still explained well. I do feel they were important events to show, but it didn’t affect the story drastically that it wasn’t.
This series really grew on me. I just love how light-hearted and funny it is. You know with a lot of crazy, horrible things going on around the world you just need a series like this to give a good laugh.
I wish but unfortunately Park Seo Ham is apparently enlisting in the military this month 😔So that’s about…
I hope so. I’m sure WATCHA sees how popular these series have gotten and the attention and profit it’s brought for their platform, so I feel chances are very high.
I remember waiting to read this series week after week and seeing it blow up in popularity with mainstream webtoon fans.
This series has a lot of dark and toxic elements but is well written and keeps you wanting to read it imo. But it definitely won’t cater to everyone’s taste. I don’t know if production for this series will really go through… because if it’s drastically changed it won’t be as interesting or thrilling of a story. 8 episodes even around 20min won’t work because this requires the right story telling and not cutting things out or making things fast paced.
I’m not hating on this series, but I definitely see the difference with production between this and Semantic Error.
Idk the quality kind of dropped in episode 2 with the audio sounding off and seemed low budget during some scenes. To me the pacing also isn’t flowing as well. Can’t help but compare the two because they air back to back. Regardless I still recommend watching both series and even reading the manhwas on Tappy Toon or Manta because I love both stories.
This is too cute I can’t! They made sure to follow the good parts of the manhwa so well. I can’t wait for yaja time. This has been my fave series airing this season.

So that’s about 2 years with no plans of another season. Hopefully WATCHA will considering doing a S2 for Light on Me instead…
