you can watch taiwanese movies in dramacool, and if you want to download the movies you can do that in "YTS, Rarbg or piratebay " and you can find the subtitles in opensubtitles or Yify subtitles that's what I do. Most of the taiwanese movies that I've seen are really good but I will recommend you this movies to start Dear ex, A sun, classmate minus and all of them are on netflix.

I also agree with you, I don't like dubbing in Chinese dramas because one of the things that make you a good actor is voice management that's why I always thought that Taiwanese actors are better. If the voice of an actor is dubbed you can't fully appreciate their acting.
One of the reasons of why Chinese dramas are dubbed is because China is a country with a lot of censorship and usually they have so many restrictions in what to say or what not to say and sometimes instead of deleting the scene they dubbed the scene. The other reason is because the government wants everyone to speak with the Chinese standard accent but you already know that.
Don't worry if you want to see Chinese dramas that are not dubbed you can always watch the modern ones like the bad kids, a murderous affair in horizon tower, love if you dare, etc.
