However one big topic of this drama is about understanding each other and being loyal even if one side makes mistakes, forgiving. Yea. Usually starts nice and after 8 episodes you already begin to know it's happening again. their dramas are too long. Japanesee dramas usually little too short, korean usually ok, with chinese dramas usually too many episodes. I can also mention here (quite good examples of nice chinese "recent" dramas) New Life Begins, The Day of Becoming You, Le Coup de Foudre.
