They were really trying to do something here...and semi-flopped. If they were going to do ABO, they need to full get into it, not go partly into but be scared to take it too far. People knew what they were signing up for, so just go for it.

I hated Charlie and Babe as a couple and just hated Babe as a character in general. Their chemistry is great though! Daddy was not an intimidating as a villain at all. The script is where so much of the issues of the show lay. It seems like they had way too many ideas and no idea how to fit them all in, even if it didn't make sense. A lot of the actors weren't very good if I'm being honest, but I think it was more of a script issue than an actor issue.

Also what was with the maraca's during the spicy scenes?

That being said, if you want a bad show to laugh about with a friend, then I'd recommend it. It makes it a lot of fun that way. I think you just have to go in not taking this show seriously and it'll be really enjoyable.
