Fun and Engaging

From the very beginning, this plot pulled me in. who doesn't love a great second chance love.

I don't always enjoy a flashback, but the actors who played the younger characters were great. The betrayal at the first meeting on both sides was heart wrenching. It was too easy to relate to and the actors did a fantastic job showing that young innocent first love and first heartache.

I also really enjoyed the best friend characters and their love story. I thought they did a great job of bringing up some realistic ways that we approach love after we have more experience and are more jaded. they were also just a lovely couple.

This drama wasn't overly cliché, but it was also familiar. I love how vulnerable the ML was and the way the FL related to him. I love the portrayal of loving someone, accepting their quirks, even though they sort of embarrass you from time to time, but it really just makes you love them more.

All in all this was a fantastic Korean drama. I would highly recommend it.

Couldn't stick the landing

Not only could this drama not stick the landing, it was a freaking plane crash over the last couple of episodes. I have never been so disappointed in a K drama I was enjoying for 3/4 of the show. This was headed for a 10 rating from me, but the last few episodes made me so frustrated and angry that I couldn't give it more than a five. And I almost wonder if that is too high. The Show was talking about interesting things related to relationships and how we look at them and it seemed to be saying, one thing, and then it lost the plot and went to crazy town. Just thinking about how it ended makes me angry.

I do not recommend watching this unless you are into disappointment.

the ML and FL were fine. I thought they had some good chemistry at times. I enjoyed that they were both slightly unique characters. But they brought in some weird side plots that just didn't seem necessary. Additionally, the big secret that they hinted at throughout the whole thing turned out to be a nothing burger. and they didn't even use it.

I will never revisit this again. In fact, I hope to forget that it exists.

one word: amazing!

The entire show was super engaging from start to finish. It was unpredictable. It had twist and turns I never would've thought were coming.

The acting was all excellent. Right before watching this drama, I watched My Dearest Nemesis. The fact that the ML in that was the same as Su-ho was crazy; completely different characters. the actor playing the main ML also did a wonderful job. I cried with him several times, especially at the end in the hospital room. The actor who played Baek Sung was also amazing. He made me both love the character and hate the character at the same time. I loved that all the characters were not fully good or bad. You could see where their motivations were coming from based on their experience of the world.

The music was fantastic. I generally skip credits and the opening for any K drama I'm watching. However, in this case, the music was so appropriate that I listen to it every time, and sat through the opening credits every single episode.

I would highly recommend this show to anyone.

Doesn’t stick the landing, but otherwise engaging

This would've gotten a much higher rating for me if the ending had met the rest of the show. To be honest, they had me up until about halfway through the last episode. For some reason, they felt the need to throw in the cliché we argue a ton, but we're in love back-and-forth thing . Maybe it's just me, but I really hate the bickering Love after they seem to have resolved things. I don't mind some tension and bickering before they get together, but when it's even worse after they get together, that's a no for me.

Another reason this got a lower score, it's because the casting seemed a little odd to me. The ML and FL were OK, but neither gave me ML/FL vibes. This is also true about the second ML and second FL. I might be being a bit harsh on the second ML, he did a pretty good job. However, the second FL just didn't do a great job acting from my perspective. her character was kind of obnoxious and I don't see the second ML ever falling for her. To be honest, the couple I was most interested in was the doctor and the FL's cousin both of those actors had more charisma than any of the main roles. I wanted to learn more about their story and see more of the development of their relationship. Also, it felt like the cousin was dying or something, but I think they were just implying that she was starting medical school so she needed to do some other things on her bucket list before that day. It was very confusing.

Based on the above, you would think I hated this drama. However, that is not the case. I could forgive all of the issues that I have listed if they had just stuck the landing in episode 12. I did think that the ML and FL had great chemistry. I loved how sexy and fun most of the show was. The dialogue was good. I never wanted to skip to the end, which is what happens to me a lot of the time about midway through because I get bored. I never got bored on this one which usually earns a higher score. so this really just comes down to the ending for me. However, it wasn't a completely ruined ending, it just wasn't my preference. So it's still getting a very good score from me. and I would recommend this, I just wish I could recommend it without any caveats.

I actually watched this drama because I love the drama, Destined With You, Which was directed by the same director. I can really see his growth from this to that. And if you enjoyed this, then I highly recommend that you check out that drama. He corrected all the issues that I had with this drama in that drama.

Fun, engaging, and unexpected

I originally started watching this because I love the ML, and it took me a minute to warm up to the FL. However, I found that this drama was very engaging. Kept me interested through all 16 episodes which is an Accomplishment. I know it is a good drama when I don't feel the need to skip to the last episode halfway through because I wanna determine if it is worth my time to finish. I am very glad I did not skip to the end, because there were so many unexpected twists and turns throughout the entire series, it would've been sad to have ruined some of those.

I am not sure why this is rated quite as low as it is, but I highly recommend giving it a chance not only were the main characters fun, the supporting characters were quirky, but not to an obnoxious level, and interesting. I thought the ML and FL had good chemistry and that is one of my top requirements for any good K drama.

Funny, unique, good plot

I enjoyed how quirky and unique the plot was. It actually made me laugh out loud at times. It was a good mix of comedy and drama.

My only complaint is that I wish the ML and FL had better chemistry. But that isn't the main focus of the show, so it wasn't a deal breaker.

The side characters were all fun to watch. They had great chemistry with each other and really seemed like a team.

I was surprised by the plot twists and I felt like they did a good job on the reveal.

The music was enjoyable. I don't usually enjoy the music for KDramas, but this music felt fresh and modern.
