The lead couple in season 1 is different from season 2 and season 3. This is majorly a medical drama, but you will definitely get some great love aspect in every season. And of course all the couples get together.
The characters are already introduced and have had an arch in season 1 and 2, so I would suggest you to watch it season on season. You might not get the references or motive of the characters if you directly watch the 3rd season.
So happy to see that almost all the cast of season 2 is getting back for 3rd season. Makers really did a wonderful job in bringing them back 💜 cannot wait for the drama to air.
Is the ML's relationship healthy? Or do they break up and patch up or have some cliche misunderstandings? Craving for some healthier take on relationship, so please tell me if anyone has completed the drama.

Its upto you to watch the first season as though this storyline happens after S1, the main leads are different with different story. But I personally suggest you to watch S1 as it would give you better view on the characters and the whole thinking process of Doldam hospital and Kim Sabu.
About Kim Min Jae, he is a secondary character in both the seasons so he doesn't have too much screentime. So don't watch with your hopes very high.
Having said that, this drama series is my personal favourite and one of best medical dramas i have ever seen. ❤️
