In this movie, the scenes do not (always) appear in the same order, some are intercut, some cut short, and the epilogues don't appear in the same places and, although the overall story arc is not altered, the different placement does provide a different feel in some places.

I agree with your review; however, I gave it a lower rating again. The confusing storyline and the romance that never seemed to warm up, even at the end, left me cold.
