Very rarely do I think remakes are better, but this was perfection! I didn’t care much for the ML in the original,…
I was going to watch the Kdrama but your comment makes me think that they may drag the story line with the extra character? I loved this one amd how everything tied up.
I had the same question. I thought they had mentioned the age of 37 somewhere so I thought does that mean they…
See my reply below.
She was 37 in 2025 when she died - on that day when she proposed in her new life. The 10 years they spent together was they never knew each other in their old lives - so I can see the significance of why they wanted to get married after that date.
I like that this drama has a lot of meaning in each action. And marriage to these 2 is not how everyone else sees it - a fulfilling love life with kids etc - but rather something special for their true new lives together (since both died once).
Why did it took them 10 years to get married? In the korean one they already had kids by that time.
Dramanoona3 wrote this far below and I copied and pasted it as I agreed with it:
For those who are still wondering. I believe that both decided to propose in 2025 because that year signified the end of their first life. Moving forward, they will not know what is going to happen in the future and it signals a new beginning. They were still together after the 10 years so that is already an achievement. To get married is just the finishing touches for their already beautiful life together.
uhg the entire meeting his parents scene was the BESTshe ate, licked the plate CLEANN, no crumbs. it was soo satisfying…
I think it's my 2 favourite scenes - her makeover and his reaction 🤣. I had no idea what to expect when she said to the hairdresser - make me look intimidating - but WOW.
I got confused when I read this...lol I think you will repeat this comment in a few more episodes...,which is…
How did you enjoy Episode 6?? I was so obsessed with her look (fire!!) And the OST was the perfect ending (i ended up trying tobhunt it down as I loved the song so much)
I will say that the acting is superb in this drama; totally agree about the actress acting “Reina “ is amazing.…
Do add a spoiler tag please.
I thought the ending was very well rounded according to the substitute theory - either Misa or Reina dies falling from that height. Misa and Wataru got to spend 10years together doing things they wanted and they wanted marriage after their new start (i.e. the day she was suppose to die) - probably being together those 10 years meant more than marriage.
Which bailu drama have you seen? And what is the description of being bullied in bailu's drama that you are talking…
I think you both mean Only for Love not One and Only...
One and Only she plays a meek girl yes but in no way bullied.
Agree, Bailu is usually a strong female lead. I don't think her modern drama scripts are as strong as her costume dramas but she's also had much less of them.
Her's was a tortoise and his was a rabbit...I'm not sure if there was a significance to this? Or just to indicate they are together like in the story - The tortoise and hare...?
On reflection this is such a well thought out and calibrated little drama, it’s perfect and I wouldn’t change…
I really love this too - sp many little touches - but I generally do prefer Jdramas. Might check out the K drama a few months later just to see what its like!
(episode 2) DAMNN THAT ENTRY 🔥🔥🔥girlie OWNED that stagethe fit, the makeup, the hair? THE WALK, she ate.
I got confused when I read this...lol I think you will repeat this comment in a few more episodes...,which is when I thought what you wrote! Enjoy! I love this drama.

Not seen manhwa or webtoon so I love this whole drama (not seen Kdrama either).

Sad too that her funeral was such a mess that a stranger with a long crush had to intervene.
