he didn't come back to her, it was her who tenaciously clung to him. And him telling her he killed her family would have made this drama 10 ep drama wouldn't you agree? he did tell her in the middle part i think in ep 20 or later and she did hate him after that, and vowed to kill him but you can see that she never let go of her true feelings for him. She didn't kill his wolf, she hesitated to kill him with the arrow which resulted in his 3rd brother being harmed instead - she wasn't strong enough to make the kill. She actually had two choices forget about her vengeance altogether or get back with LB and Yang kingdom - we know she's a princess so she is expected to choose the later choice. This is the same dilemma LB faces because he is also a prince now. They all have a lot to protect and they both had to set aside their own personal feelings. LB realized this soon enough, she took a while to catch on.

I watched all that you've mention and loved them all but The Wolf is just a class of its own.

I've watched a lot of C dramas and seen a lot of C actors, never been impressed by their acting per se. Until Wang Talu. Oh.my.lawd. his acting here was incredible! really a sight to behold. I agree with ElyAble he is easily the best actor among C-actors.

i find it ridiculous when viewers feels the need to announce they are dropping the show. just drop it already. this is not the airport, you don't need to announce your departure!

i know my answer is late and perhaps you already figured out why LB acted the did. Aside from what you already mentioned there is another reason. Lord Bo wanted to kill MZX love for him. He wanted her love for WB/LB to turn into hate. The reason is for her not to struggle for when the time comes for her to avenge her father. For her not to feel guilty for when the time comes for her to kill him. For her to be able to do what she must do without feeling guilt or self-doubt. This will be hard if she has lingering love for him. This is the only reason. He wanted her to have her vengeance.

yeah. they censored a lot of scenes just so it can go on air.

i actually binge-watched it for 5 days and then rewatch it immediately afterwards. never grows old. but I guess we all have our own preferences. Hope you just dropped the drama so it will stop causing you so much misery. :)

actually JC would be fun for a few months but will be incredibly boring afterwards.

I can understand your frustration however this drama had been cut from 59 ep to 49 in order to air. From what I understand they had to cut a lot of scenes from WB training as BW for gore and fantastical scenes - both are not allowed to air in mainstream channels in Mainland China. let's hope they release the director's cut even in major cable channel or pad platforms. it would be a shame not to see this drama in its totality.

are you kidding me? XZ as the Wolf and Bo Wang? as handsome as XZ is he doesn't have enough man juice to carry a masculine role of Bo Wang. he is labeled as pretty boy for a reason. Just conduct a though experiment and close your eyes and imagine XZ scrunching up his face to look menacing and beastly? do you think he will (ever) look scary? do you think it would be believable to see XZ rolling in the grass, jumping high, and pulling a group of men all by himself? pfft. also, if you dropped the drama how can you even qualify to rate the story and the rewatch value? You don't because you dont have the whole picture.

I love L&R but I never got emotionally invested in the plot and the characters. The Wolf was better because I "felt" the plot, if that even make sense. I felt the injustice, the hurt, the longing, and the swoon-worthy scenes. every bit of emotion LB was feeling - I felt them all!!! Kudos to DW - such spectacular acting performance! I was an emotional wreck at the end of it but it was so worth it. I've rewatched it immediately after I finished it.
