I remember when this drama first came out and I couldn’t resist from watching it. This is the first and only drama in which I’ve literally stayed up to watch a drama until it aired in Korea which is like 4 am my time. If haven’t seen this drama yet then you’re really missing out.
why is netflix calling this an original if it was mbc?
Sometimes if Netflix gains the streaming rights to a project then it is considered a Netflix Original kinda like how Seven Deadly Sins is listed as an original even though it already previously aired in Japan
I couldnt get past the first 3-4 episodes. Also couldn't get past the fact that it was a love story between a highschooler and a 30+ person who is like 1000+ years old in actuality. Why is it so popular?
Hands down, with out a doubt, one of the BEST dramas I have seen in a LONG time. Tbh I was getting really bored of the typical lovey dovey dramas and boy oh boy was this drama refreshing to watch. I mean I'm not gonna spoil it, but it quite literally had me episode after episode thoroughly intrigued and I cannot think of a single moment where I was bored or felt like skipping (except when their was blatant product placement). I loved each and every character, the actors did an amazing job. Special kudos to how they wrote the character of Lee Jae Han, I mean that guy is just an all around amazing dude who is always caring and utterly selfless. I also appreciated how they had elements of love and innocence that you find in any Romance drama, but it wasn't over the top or over powered the main story line.
I only hope that they do a season 2, because idk if it was just me but they seriously ended on a huge cliffhanger and the series ended with more questions than answers.
TL;DR this drama is a must see, if you enjoy crime solving and CSI type stuff this drama will not disappoint.
I really hope this drama gets a season 2! As I felt as though it had a few cliffhangers such as who the hell is the one in the white shoes? Also when Hong Sang Bok was talking about an "atomic bomb" that he had that could "stir up the whole country"? Also when Hong Sang Tae was talking about becoming a prosecutor in the end and of an "assignment" his dad left behind of a hidden account book which he needs to reveal to the world?
At first I was very skeptical of watching this drama as I had seen She Was Pretty before this and Hwang Jung Eum and Park Seo Joon performance in that drama was meh... but I absolutely loved their brother sister relationship in this drama, and their performance was phenomenal. I especially loved the Pokemon scene which I kept on replaying over and over again.
This drama was absolutely amazing! I loved all the personalities especially Se Gi and Yo Na and cried when they all started to leave. This is a must watch, but my one critique is that the flashbacks started getting a little repetitive and redundant.
i hope these guys know how to act b/c the cuteness/hotness factor for me is already lost with the guy counter parts, but the girl is cute. regardless im still excited for this.
