YOOO I just wanted to tell somebody:
I just started this, and I'm currently 2 ep in when I realized that I've unexpectedly read the manhua of this. I read it like a week and a half ago before starting this. That was crazy, man. I did not even realize this fully until she named him seventeen. I just thought that there were similarities with plot points, but certain things stuck out a little too much, like the fox tail, her saving "seventeen" in the woods, and her having the birthmark on her head. I have not finished the manhua, and some things might be different in the show, but I'm excited and terrified to see how the live-action plays out. Also I'm worried about a "certain someone" and how that person will interact in live-action.
I read the comments here before I started and now realize what this is that explains why the other comments are what they are.

How do you find out who actually is dubbing the voice? I've been watching Chinese dramas for over 5 years and I've always wondered that. Everything I try to look it up it just brings me back to the acting cast. Is there a site that lists them?

Ok so yes, she doesn't know she's a girl, she grew up in a very secluded place they will explain why a little in ep 1 and later on. She also has a magical hairpin that hides her gender from the others as well. Only certain people know who she true identity is and it gets revealed in earlier before ep19. She is oblivious because of the combination of the "thing" inside her and her living in a sheltered place. This prevents love from her heart and even the idea or concept, so it's just like " my mind does not fathom anything that relates to it" The truth about the "thing" gets out towards the end of the series but it's not her fault she doesn't know it's in her and there are people that are trying to keep it that way. It's been a while since I've re re-watched it, so I don't know specifics of when and where eps but trust me it is worth it! Also, I remember 19 and up gets good that is where she matures and grows A LOT. This is the viki version with 60 eps.

I watched this a while back ago before I knew actors' names and stuff. I came to this to add it to my completed list and I realized Ji sung played the ML! Wow my appreciation of him has gone up more than I ever thought it could. It's definitely worth the watch.
