It is kind of illogical for him to come back . He cannot return to Korea at least not on his own name since he has a criminal case pending . Him being a mafia lawyer , makes it illogical to think that he will be a divorce lawyer after he come back to Korea. I know that this is a cameo so things like this will not be considered .
