If you don't like E-Sports dramas then just simply don't watch them???

I understand where you're coming from but these are Chinese dramas you're watching, the actors are Chinese, typically they're not going to be tall and its very rare for a Chinese female to even reach 170cm. It's not that they don't want tall girls in dramas its that they can't find any, the best they can do is find a male lead who isn't much taller than the female lead and portray the female lead as tall in that way.
If you want to feel represented go watch some Western shows but if you want to continue watching CDramas I highly suggest you drop any expectation of seeing a geniuely tall female lead and stop complaining.

Is there a way to change the duration time on here as each episode is defintely not 22 minutes, that couldn't even be the average.

This drama isn't going to be released anytime soon because of the current drama going on with Zheng Shuang, a lot of her previous dramas are being taken down in China so there's no high hopes for her new drama to be aired. Even when the drama has been resolved, it has already made its damage on her image. Just though I'd let y'all know so no one is anticipating this drama too much :) This will be the same for any of her new dramas.

Was it just me who just couldn't get over this whole brother sister dynamic they had. Even if they're not blood related she still sees him as a younger brother but he sees her romantically, it just kinda weirds me out a little although she does change her view on him, it's still strange to me

In my opinion, I don't find her annoying throughout the entire drama it's only until the last few episodes

It really depends on the person i guess, i could only watch up until like episode 18 19ish. Might as well give it a go, it does start off really cute though

I like how the ML still liked the FL even when she was fat

its probably because the FL is kinda annoying and quite self-centered

Not rlly, it's more of an open ending I guess? It depends on how you would like to interpret it. Like the Hong Sisters say that it's a happy ending in their eyes but many might disagree with that. Still very worth the watch though! :)
