I'm honestly shocked at the amount of people with SLS here...I couldn't stand Natsume once he started liking Nao at all. In the first season, I was Team Daichi all the way and couldn't stand the way Uehara treated Nao but I think his attitude towards her improved tremendously in this series, only for Natsume to walk in and all over their relationship. Whilst Natsume did help to progress their relationship, his own feelings almost wrecked it as well and I found that very frustrating to watch. I have no sympathy for Natsume at all, as in my eyes he's just a womanizer and girl stealer and to my own surprise found myself vehemently backing Nao and Uehara.
I don't know how long the original manga went on for but I think a third series would be welcome, perhaps even seeing them attempting to adjust to adult working life after graduating university. But for it to end here is also an appropriate ending as I think they'll finally be able to have a functional relationship now.
