Yeah, so he should have pissed himself. Like....it is biological need.
It is, I don't deny it. I stand by what I wrote. He should've at least excused himself not only to his friend and the director, but to Nubsib too. End thought.
I know, the plot, the plot... But what Gene did during Nubsib's audition was freaking rude. I know it's not always easy when the nature calls, but he either should power through, or go just before Nubsib came into the room.
I really liked it! It was short (boohoo TT) but very nice, and fun. I kinda had a suspicion the younger brother was onto something, but when it turned out both him and their mother actually knew what's up, it was a little bit of shock :D While I don't usually buy access to movies/dramas etc. (they're widely available most of the time) I don't regret spending money on this one. Price of a fancy coffee, the one I can enjoy whenever I want. -> Oops. Edit: turns out I can't watch it againg and again. Lol, I had no idea. I'm kind of bummed, at the same time I kinda get the system.
Guys you're so right. Actually Parm's crying in each episode doesn't make sense, because waching your lover commiting…
The crying thing, yeah. It is tiring, to be honest. But damn, girl, "waching your lover commiting suicide infront of your eyes while you are only 18 or 19 is not that a big deal"? That's messed up. Any case of someone commiting a suicide in front of you is A BIG DEAL, no matter the age.
I think the screenwriters themselves didn't really know what to do in certain scenes XD Like the actors (and, by extension, the characters) didn't really know how to act. Sometimes they behaved like they were thrown into something they had no idea about haha. I had the same feeling with LoveSick and LoveSick 2 (that's an example I can remember right away)
It's definitely different from what I originally expected. I admit, I don't always read the tags/genres, so this one caught me off guard. The reviews of others helped a lot.
I kinda thought it was the "LBC" spin-off? Continuation? The one where Saint doesn't appear. I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely confusing, seeing all new names, and them switching?! That was what got me most haha. It was nice seeing Saint so grown up, and Perth being the (kinda) submissive one, but that trick totally didn't work with Mean and Plan. The switch was too drastic for me. And: Captain with hair! Oh my God, I just can't! I only saw him in Lovesick, and got so used to the buzz cut that I didn't recognize him at first moment. But, but! He looks reaaaally good with longer hair <3 And the bleached blonde is great on him. I feel like him and White didn't get as much story development, but I can't complain - there isn't a lot in terms of character development you can put into 2,5 episodes. Still, a pleasant hour of fun and sweetness :)
Good series, I had fun watching it. What bothers me is that here Arthit is such a pansy... I get it that he's new to the company, but he's so... meh. It's sad the most emotion we get from him is when he's angry with Kongpop.
So, I didn't read the tags XD And was really surprised by the amount of violence. That's why I should have read the tags XD The movie was something else than I expected. I was eagerly awaiting some nice biting action, but I got a psychotic lover who'd rather kill others than give his own blood instead. The smexy aspect was also nice, but still, with vampire themed dramas/movies/etc. a good neck biting is almost as good. The ending had me confused - okay, not the jail part, Tee must have told the guys something, or they were suspecting Wine from the beginning - but the part in the holding cell was weird. Did Wine start hallucinating, or Night really did come to him? And what, he took Wine with him, or did Wine do the unspeakable, but we didn't notice? So many questions, so little answers.
WOW! You've bottled a lot in. And I agree with every peeve here. I covered some of them in the previous post.…
I'm also pretty sure I missed some, but I had to rush to work XD I've seen the first list, and it was just as good as this one! Reading comments and seeing I'm not alone in this land of absurd makes me feel really good inside :) Like, the scriptwriters must go through the holy list of seemingly good plot ideas and we end up with this (usually) nonsense...
So many! So true! Like, allow me to list some of my pet peeves with dramas in general: - wrist grabbing - not looking at the road while driving (when I do that, I can get myself into an accident not even three seconds later) - those U-turns (and conveniently empty road) - not showing enough emotions durng some scenes - multiple repetitions of the scene (he kissed, her, right? He KISSED HER! Sajangnim, are you sure they saw it? Show it once more!) - the "kissing" itself - guy/girl pressing his lips to the girl's/guy's lips and not doing anything isn't really kissing (more passion! Or I might just be tainted by western media) - when the guy "hugs" the girl, seeking comfort or just bc he likes her, and she doesn't reciprocate (doesn't even hug him back) - every girl can pass as a guy - of course, small boobage helps, but I know girls who have small breasts, but are so feminine on their face it's basically impossible to pass them off as guys - you can't date this guy, the bitchy queen is his ex! And they might get back together after you see him as a romantic interest! - when the female lead seems emotionally strong, but BAM comes one specific episode, and she cries every five minutes for the rest of the run (that's sometimes half of the predicted episodes); I'm not even sad at that point, I'm just mentally tired from all the crying - I wanted to scream when I watched Scholar Who Walks The Night, later episodes - female leads acting like total airheads (You're Beautiful, The Heirs) - scheming mother/grandmother/father/unvle of the rich male lead (those are the same types, not even surprising) - standing like a statue while talking (I've seen this mainly in J-dramas, those few I've watched) - the childhood friend (ALWAYS) that loves the lead (applies to both) and can't understand why the lead doesn't love them back - dude, how can she love you back when you're not making any move? Like, I love Jin-oppa, and I've been here for him for a looong time, so I expect him to love me back, but it's him who has to realize I'm in love with him BEFORE the pretty and adorably clumsy girl can appear >:( (note this is just a joke, but shows the situation I mean) - new guy/girl in school, already has a fanclub/avid haters - that one popular girl/guy at school, and everyone loves them, and everyone knows everything about that famous person, and you can say his/her name and people few towns over will know who's that - Jin-oppa/Amber-noona is a beloved student at this school, so you can't love them more than we do, and certainly don't get close to them, understood, newbie/ugly duckling? - DRINKING. DRINKING. And, once again... DRINKING. The girls in dramas drink more than the Polish and Russians combined. You're sad? Drink. You're happy? Drink. You just met your future crush? Drink. And not just one beer - down five soju bottles and still be lucid enough not to pass out in a nearby trash can. And, oh, get brutally honest while drunk, and spill your darkest secrets to a next-episode-important-person. And still be quite lucid while doing that. (Kill Me, Heal Me - theoretically drunk out of her mind says "I have a weird fear of basements. i don't know why. Hiieeehieeehieee whyy are youu so koreannn?") Girl, I don't need to be drunk to admit I'm hellishly scared of spiders and Chucky. And there's nothing weird about it. The basement? Everyone is wary of them, you can feel those invisible eyes on your neck. - all lights on the moment he/she walks into the apartment - one to two people living in a space that could comfortably fit a four-person family. The richer the character is, the bigger space. I want that flat. - and the last one for now: foreign investor or whoever who Can't. Speak. Acceptable. English. They stutter so much it's insane, and sound kinda like me when speaking German (I haven't used it since 2013), so not good. This is a great article, and I hope to hear more from you!
