If to each their own, why did you write that she should do something with her eyebags just because YOU don't like them?

To hope is to want. What part of she doesn't have to have plastic surgery (for example) just because of you don't you understand?

If we don't like the way an actor looks, we can write about it. But I don't understand why imply that they should submit to our preferences. If we don't like their faces, it's our problem, not theirs. We can easily find actors that fit our standards of looks.
