I went into this one blind because I was on a Chen Rui Feng download spree, lol. Love his height and being a danseur makes him ever so graceful.

Story: FL and ML are married but he wants a divorce because she is a "fool" having had some brain trauma that makes her seem like a child. The 2ml, who is the ml's brother, is a bit childlike himself and doesn't think his brother should abandon the FL who he views as a sister. Both the FL and 2Ml love watching C-dramas and are currently watching a historical fantasy one about a fox demon betrayed by a scumbag hunter. There's a scuffle and head injuries to both the FL and 2ML who end up believing themselves to be the characters from the drama they were watching. Thus, the antics begin on outwitting each other, the ML and the other humans.

It was a fun and different watch from the usual short vertical dramas with some plot twists and sweet romance with decent flirting and chemistry. Yes, there are always the cliche' components because it's still a vertical, like the evil aunt and cousin who want her assets and the sweet grandmother who wants her great-grandson.

a couple of basically pressed lip kisses and no other intimacy. Ok plot twist near the end. Lots of time edited out that may have made this better. HE w/ml reunited w/his real dad, MC married and expecting.

I had watched Zhuo Hang and wanted to see what he could do in other verticals. He was a good guy and protected the FL in this one. While this couple makes for a beautiful visual in looks and height difference, I felt the romance was a bit lackluster.

Made me smile even though the FL's voice and inflection made me cringe, lol.

First time watching this ML and FL in a main role. Interesting, if sometimes confusing, story. A bit different from any of the verticals I've watched. The MC had a master/servant or pet type of relationship in high school, but really did love one another. But, both were emotionally damaged w/ their own family lives or lack thereof. ML is bullied and FL intervenes and promises him money for his mom if he'll be her pet. But, really, it was a way to tie him to her. Then, he disappears for 5 years only to show up as the nephew of the crazy guy she's going to marry because her family is forcing her and she wants to clear her mom's name and take back her share of the company. Lots of plot twists and people not who you think in this one. MC have a few decent kiss scenes but never make it to the bed, instead doing it outside and are observed. ML's uncle was trapped in loving his older but nonblood sister and beat his nephew to keep him in line and to instill the need for revenge against the guy who killed his mom. Turns out, the guy the uncle was wanting revenge on is the ML's dad and the other crazy guy is his half-brother. While the uncle is actually the one who hit and killed his mom by accident. Like I said, crazy stuff all around. Plot twist w/police officer. HE w/ml asking fl to marry him.

Wow. Soooo many plot twists and people not who you think. Sometimes it was a bit confusing, but I think that was just the translation gap. I haven't watched a vertical like this before and found it mostly interesting with a heavy twist of weird. A few decent kisses and chemistry.

cute, no angst romance between opposites. Loved how Xie Yu Wang's character went from twice a week love making to "I'll have to punish you 7 times a week", lol. MC w/older brother/younger sister was the better part for this one. Certainly, a bit more chemistry and spicy scenes. LOL w/how direct the sisters were about "doing it". When he covered her mouth and said stop talking when she was complaining about doing it in the car for 2 hours and all the positions, pretty funny. Loved how the younger brother pursued the older sister in their relationship. Liked how the ML decided he could let the FL be herself. Cliff hanger end w/seasons 2 and 3 saved to watch.

It really was fun to watch. Loved the kick arse and smart leads.

Somewhat interesting plot twist for transmigration story w/FL's dad not being her real father that you get near the end. The 2mc was delusional. First time I think I've seen an outdoor “love scene” where the 2mc are clawing at each other and, even though fully clothed, he's got her bent over a rock and simulating thrusting. That was like crazy. The MC were like horny teenagers fumbling w/first time sex, which had a bit of charm since they loved each other so much. MC both had mental problems from when they were held by human traffickers. Loved how the ML's mom loved the FL and was so supportive. You don't find out more of the “real” story until it's almost finished. Glad the villains received some karma and that the MC were happily married. I didn't feel tons of chemistry and the kisses were more wild animal instead of sensual to me. But, it was a bit different and I mostly enjoyed it.

I watched for Zhang Hao Yang as I had watched him in something else and wanted to check out more of his dramas. He and Tian Miao Miao made a cute couple. Even though I only gave it a 6.5, it was fairly entertaining.

Twisted. Made me smile a lot. Great chemistry, smoking kisses and decent love scenes. Loved how the ML was a psycho (but made that way because of mean family, except for his grandmother) and how he chased FL and how she tried to get away from him. Fun how the FL evolved in character to be almost as ruthless as him. Loved her brothers and how protective and loving they were towards her. Of course, there has to be a crazy 2fl bitch or two as in this case. And the delusional 2ml scum “boyfriend” that the original novel FL was chasing. One of the better transmigration into a novel plots I've seen. Except for the blasted ML wearing glasses all the time, kissing and injury and hospital, lol. HE w/MC having wedding.

waste of time for me. I did like that the FL revenged her scum dad and his mom. Liked that her adoptive family was so good to her. Zhao Zhen Dong is a support role and is barely in this version. Didn't realize it was only listed as a drama and not a romance. Anyway. HE w/fl reunited w/her mom and ZZD awake from coma and fl and her mom welcomed into ZZD's family.

This is not a romance, just FYI. I was on a ZZD kick and that's how I ended up seeing this one. It's very short with the one I watched just over 59 minutes.

mostly pretty cute except for ml lying to fl. Should have been jail for the fake friend/mom instead of old lady beating her, although that was a plus, lol. Favorite part was the kids teaching their dad how to win over the fl. Only FAKE kisses, hence lower rating. The kids were super cute. Loved the grandmother and how kick arse she was. HE w/mc getting married at the end in wedding w/gender bender wardrobe which just looked stupid on Zhao Zhen Dong, especially since they stuffed the bra part.

Ok. There were some steamy kisses, but I didn't feel bunches of chemistry. I really hated the drawn-out ordeal of misunderstanding of who was engaged to whom. Like, can't you ask the name of your fiancée? I'm thinking I'd want to know that up front, lol. And why does it always take 5, 6, 8 years after a breakup to decide to get back together? I'd be like, we're going to settle this mess right now. Somebody's getting a frying pan upside their head. And what's the deal with going along with being bullied into drinking or taking off your clothes? Girl. Just. Say. No. It became tedious. It was funny how the ML's mom was so shocked when she found out the girl she had abused was the daughter-in-law she so desperately wanted. Anyway. HE w/MC reunited but it didn't look like he ever really explained she had been duped into believing she slept with all those other guys. Like, he should have told her that a long time ago and not waited.

Got to rant some on this one. Yes, some steamy kisses, but a lot of it was tedious.
