Great! Jwells is AMAZING!! My idol!

too short to fully develop relationship w/mc. Threw in the troupes of everyone saying she a poor girl and bullying her. Karma not show for some that bullied her and threatened her babies. Loved the ML”s mom and how she loved her new daughter-in-law. One good spicy scene, but a bit short, near the beginning. Wish there had been some kisses w/mc later in drama. FL did stand up for herself some, but not enough, lol. HE w/ml proposing. And bad dad hauled off to mental hospital, lol.

This felt like a condensed version because it was 50 episodes. I think it would have been better and smoother if it had had more episodes. The FL starts out bold and then sorta flickers to helpless and timid. The ML pushes her for intimacy, but always stops when she says no. He responds “I won't force you”. So you can tell early on that he really likes her. Meanwhile, the 2ml friend gets more psycho and wants to force her. There are a couple of spicy scenes and I loved her kiss to his stomach even though very brief. He always looks great in a shirtless love scene. I did like their chemistry and passion. I liked that he wanted to nuzzle her face and rub noses. I thought that was pretty darn sexy. The usual fight for life, kidnapping, villains, bad father, murdered father, resolution and then HE. I loved how the ending scene is him asking her for another contract for 80 years and she says 100.

Zhang Shan is prettier than the MDL photo used for her page. I'd watch Cao Tian Kai in just about anything. Or, at least shirtless, lol. Love when he does a spicy scene.

Liked the strong FL and understood why she distrusted love after what she had seen w/her parents. Liked mostly how the ML portrayed the “nervous, kinda awkward guy not sure how to get the girl to love him” character at times. Typical, dad and mistress take over company after killing real daughter and her father (FL's mom and granddad). Bitch half-sister. Loved that the ML's grandfather considered FL his racing idol and immediately approved the marriage, lol. One thing that did bother me as an inconsistency was the fact that the FL found photos of herself as Rose, the racer, from 5 years previous and he knew who she was when they met 2 yrs later thus beginning their 3 yr lover contract. ML credits her w/helping to save his life and liking her for 5 years, but still gets engaged to her half sister. That part did not seem right. He couldn't have loved her that much, other than the sex, if he was willing to give her up at that time. If he really loved her all that time, he would have been plotting how to bring her into his family and not just accept another engagement. The chemistry was kinda meh for me. Most of the kisses were kinda fake and/or pressed lip. The better tension was when the FL was doing things to seduce him. But, HE w/her accepting her feelings for him and his proposal.

So, this is second time watching this ML. Chemistry was meh for me. Kisses mainly kinda fake.
I rated 7.5 because I liked the strong FL and how ML portrayed his character at times, being kinda nervous about how to win her love.

I think I have watched this one before of one just like it. Beautiful tribal costumes when shown. Started out seemingly more possessive/obsessive with using dark magic spells/potions to control or manipulate FL. Became a lot tamer later on and really no chemistry by the end. More chemistry at the beginning and then it became meh. Liked how ml seemed to truly repent and learn how to love. Some unanswered questions, like, did he really sleep with her those first two times or was that just him manipulating through dreams? Seems like the first time was really when she was aware and consented. Scum ex-boyfriend got karma.

A somewhat different plot. Loved the tribal costumes later in the drama. I haven't watched much of these leads before.

run of the mill, but fl was really cute. A couple of ks, chem was meh, but ml was devoted. Standard villain mom, stepdad/uncle, bitch cousin, HE. Loved the ml's grandparents. Loved how grandmother complained about mistress of fl's first husband and grandfather smacked her. Lol. Like, granddad couldn't please grandmom fast enough!

Mainly started watching because it was only about 1:33 long. Rated 6.5 for me.

There are just so many vertically filmed shorts out there now and a lot of newer faces. sometimes I have to watch an actor several times for him to stick, lol.

fl is saved and falls in love w/underworld leader who only treats her as sister who later dies in her arms. ML is undercover cop who set a trap to get in w/FL to investigate any criminal activities. He finds out she runs a clean organization; she finds out he's a cop. They marry. She gets pregnant. In trying to stop her former 2nd in command, she's arrested and serves time for illegal guns? Did not understand that part. He gets injured protecting her from blast. About 5 or 6 years later after going to jail, she shows up at his home estate while he's painting and the daughter who has been raised by the ML introduces her as her new friend. They smile at each other. Some pretty intense kissing and good chemistry in the earlier parts of drama.

Interesting role for Jadie Jia. I like to watch both of these leads. I think this is the first time I've seen Jia kiss so passionately. Wang Yi Ran practically ate her face, lol.

Wow. Lots of twists and unexpected turns. Loved the scene where FL stripped her brother naked so the psychiatrist could evaluate him for erectile dysfunction, lol. One of the questions I had was why didn't her brother know about and address her memory loss? That was later explained when he confessed to the ML about having hacked information over a period of time to determine the ML wasn't the guy who killed the father. Yes, still some gaps, but mostly satisfied with outcomes. There was basically just one really steamy make out session w/MC sleeping together. ML's half brother was pyscho. HE w/FL proposing to ML and chaste kiss. Her brother and the psychiatrist become a couple.

Pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the steamy kisses. Wish there had been more of those. Nice tension w/MC.

ok for a revenge plot. ML always loved fl and stood by her even when he didn't agree w/her actions. Never really understood why he was getting engaged to her half sister, maybe not shown well or subs just bad. Didn't find out until about 2/3 ways that the brother was actually adopted by her dad and step mom. Same plot I've seen, but hidden until much later in drama. Kiss were ok, not a lot of chemistry from fl, more so from ml. HE w/all 4 of her "family" getting some karma and MC reunited w/her having all her memories back. At the end, she's 6 months pregnant and following her mom's footsteps in music.

I watched because I had seen ML in another vertical and wanted to check out others. I rated a 7 because ML always stood by FL.

loved the twist where her first husband is the one who orchestrated their divorce because he had always loved her but didn't want to tie her down because of his illness. Loved how ML was so devoted to fl but didn't know how to really love her and used other means to tie her to him. Some ok kisses, decent ls, extended end where she thinks he's dead and he shows up about 5 years later and she has his son. They are reunited, but no hug or kiss, lol.
