I wondered if govt support was part of it bc I did get the sense that a lot of it was sponsored by Korean gov. but didn't know for sure. Tx for confirming. Yes very hard to access and ridiculous NF is two weeks behind, that's just way too long to wait when it's only one episode a week to begin with... There are a lot of Kdramas and a lot of fluff lol. yes, a year or so back, I watched the housewife one where the woman cleans for the man and they end up married, and I'm currently also watching Our Marriage, and in college I watched classic Japanese Cinema which was incredible but the last few years only Kdrama.

What do you think is the reason for the bias against them?

Are Kdramas more popular or more numerous? What is the reason for Japanese series getting lower scores?

Does anyone have links? Is it on other platforms yet besides TVer? I downloaded Opera for VPN to set to Japan or Europe, but it will only give me Oslo weather and it appears I have to pay if i want VPN....

I'm actually loving Kawahara in later scenes. It's obvious he admires Raoul. He's actually funny now. Can't wait to see 9. Is Kawahara possibly wanting to back out bc the potential FIL is beyond nuts and about to have zero status?
