he is not the worst at all, yes he doesn't want to study and skip school but so what it's not like he beat or kills people. he goes to a brothel but I didn't see the lust in him. he has a heart as you can see when he gives clothes to a kid when he now that he is almost freezing and when FL really cry he wavers a little by little. he is immature but he is not a bastard.
FL is good and strong(I watch episode 4) she is clever and adaptive. when her friend is forced to marry she tells her another way to cancel the marriage, when she is forced to marry because no other option she is sad but complies and makes the best out of it(protect her mother).
ancient china separated women and men and for the main lead, it's actually like that. compare to other cdramas ancient china that handholding and hugging in public some of them even kiss before marriage, this drama is better in that aspect.
FL's acting is wonderful when she is sad and cries and ML little by little really feels bad for her it's a perfect combination. I didn't remember when the last time I feel like this when watching a drama. I really want to pamper her when she is sad. (on eps 3)
I hope they make a second season of it. in the end, there is a change for the better in their personality but it is cut short and they separated. if none of them think of marriage they are a good office wife kinda relationship. work setting and outside marriage ML is a dependable man

it's hard to separate dissatisfaction about vampire writing when a vampire is one of the main driven stories. SML need vampire blood to cure his sickness, ML needs to suck FL until it is dry to live, ML save her with vampire power and he senses she is in danger because she bites him, SFL uses vampire to make their neighborhood protest and get the mansion.
I didn't have a problem watching "my love from the Star" and "Goblin" but I'm not a fan of this and "Kokdu".
well mostly coz he was asleep for 100 yrs n it's difficult now to hide coz of the technology
they need to make their failure believable maybe their business is bankrupt or something. their 300 years of life experience doesn't help at all in here
I liked how we got to see some cool vampire fights / powers this episode so far
idk Man vampire fight in this drama is meh, their power level is inconsistent. ML can stop driving car and make the rear wheel in the air but two of his ally can't even lift/move a steel column together. ML can't make steel bent at all but after that, he hit a guy until he flies.
this drama heavily focus on the romance part. the romance is good but the vampire is meh
