This could have been sssoooo much better than what it was! Instead it skips around places...their love story wasn't even that romantic. He fell in love with her first, she shut it down, then all of a sudden she's like, "okay I'll be with you now after what happened." Like are you kidding? In the queen who crowns we see a lot more of the beggining than we do in these two episodes. Like the two practicing swords, riding horses, and so on.. There are so many questions that aren't answered. Like how did she find out he was a prince? What about the exams? In the series he passed...so how do we go from talking about the exams to kicked out?? Lol tf is even happening here?? They didn't even get into the cheating part of yeong sil, and what all that entailed. This could have been amazing! Omg I'm so disappointed, this shouldn't have been made at all.
Wait so does anyone know why Cha Jin Hyuk’s eye was rolling back like that then? Because of that I was wondering…
I think it's because of all of the drugs that was given to him. Remember the one guy said, it left ppl crippled and stuff..that may have been his side effect.
The cast was the best part lol...they needed to stick with one plot..either the prisoners who go on to escape..or this monster killing almost everyone within 30 seconds. Only to drag it out and bring in new people, just to kill them with in a minute. Like come on now. Plus you could tell whenever someone died they greatly exaggerated the blood scenes by having them squirt 5 feet and make puddles like floods... My stars are for the cast and for the beginning of the movie, before Frankenstein stepped in.
WHY DOES KO SURA NOT ASK HIS FRIENDS FOR HELP OH MY LORD HE WAS READY TO TAKE A LONE FROM MYEONG HO BUT NOT HIS…
That kissing scene was fake, that's why their lips were only a few centimeters apart. Their real kissing scene was at the river, if you remember. Otherwise, I agree with you on everything else!!!
Tell me how the queen and her family is evil? The king has done much worse and then blames it on the queen.
Oh no, it wasn't just in the drama I was talking about. My apologies for confusing you. Though I will say, killing his own brothers when they were at a young age, wasn't needed. He did that to take the throne. How bad/corrupt can kids be? There was no need to kill them. -you also said that he got rid of anyone who he thought was a threat, he literally thought everyone was a threat. He was not a family man that's just 100%. -I'm just ending this with thoughts and what I've gathered..but, he may have been good for the people, but again, he was a villainous king to his family and those close to him.

I actually did all of my research on this topic. I myself am not confused at all. NEVER once did I say he was a bad king to his people. It was stated that he was good to his people, even though he did kill his family. I for one don't know how you think killing any family member is okay for the people. Yes this particular king worked out, for the people...others have not. Also this king is paranoid, and he killed her brothers to surpress the Queen as well. Other ministers were just as bad, yet he targets his wife's family.. again to keep her in line. Which makes their relationship worse. He isn't a good king to his family from what I've read and watched. I think what's confusing you is that I'm putting in history and talking about the drama. Showing that the king wasn't a good person behind closed doors.

The Queen did know what her brothers and father were doing at the banquet; However, she did warn them that times like these the family should lay low (not her exact words). Again with his concubine, I do feel her pride was ridiculous at that point, but the both of them are stubborn, and the King stabbed her. Not the outcome the queen wanted. Which is why the queen took care of her and called for a doctor, while the King left the room and pretty much said "your dead to me" to the concubine. When we first see the couple, they were all over each other, until the palace maids told them that she can't be on top. That the Queen isn't for pleasure, just childbearing. Just like the time with the chicken, she didn't want it clucking and then the king is like "watch us and tell us what to do" that's when the court maid told the other maid she shouldn't have brought the chicken nor picked that date..that honestly who cares, it should be up to them. Also they say that the concubines are supposed to give him pleasure, not the Queen. I'd be rebellious and make sure I was on top too. -then you've got to think they were in love before and she said he never treated her horribly, until he became King, and he said that people change. (Again I can't remember the wording, but like that ) -you mentioned that the min family wants to control the king like a puppet. Well that's what he's doing to the Queen. He wants her to be an elegant doll from the Joeson period and not from Goryeo. He didn't like her practicing swordfighting. He wants her to help put a concubine in a royal wedding...she explains why that wouldn't be a good idea. They get into another fight about her not being a fragile doll who will obey him. -she saved him countless times ..I don't know why people are missing this, even the king brushes that off. -as far as the min family goes, yes in-laws suck.. I even dislike my in-laws. It's like kmn😂 -I also do know the history, he even kills off his own daughter in law's father, because he's so afraid of power. Yet when he abdicated the thrown to his son, he still ruled for 2 years until his death. THAT right there is controlling.

Is that the only thing you got from reading my list of his misdeeds? Or is that the only one you can argue against. As I am right, the king is a paranoid parasite.

Okay, and what about the queen saving his life multiple times, especially when it came to that Iron mase and he told all the ministers that witnessed it, that it didn't happen and to tell the public that she ruined an event and all the other horrible stuff that wasn't true? - He also wants to control her every move. If you know the history of her, he does more. - He killed his owned brothers. The Queen herself said the prince wasn't supposed to die. That's why she yells "no" all the time in the flashback. - He stabbed his own concubine, when you know the Queen didn't want that, that's why she ran to put pressure on her wound and called for help. -He was gonna dispose of her. -Gives his father multiple chances..when he tries to kill him, when the king is responsible for his father's hatred himself. Yet he always takes it out on the Queen and her family. Who have been there and helped him gain that throne. You'd think you'd be greatful and full of love, yet he's a paranoid parasite.
The prince/ml just infuriates me! The fl is getting on my nerves too (idky) she is just the character that you like, but after awhile, gets old. I'm not even invested in their romance, it's beyond yawn for me...I like the sml though!!
Why are the ratings so low? Like episode 3 starts in like 2 hours. How are you able to really judge something by it? I've enjoyed what I've seen so far. I've seen, comedy, mystery, drama, and I for one love the trope it chose. Honestly just ignore the ratings at this point and just try it for yourself.
