cool, from what I've gathered, Aioon did love may but found out later that may was inlove with Aioon, not her, this prompted her to cheat on may and be with Paul, but may definitely found out before meeting Aioon officially right? I mean she knew may was getting married and the way Aioon is acting it's so obvious she knows cause she's not questioning anything...
lol please do, and correct me if Im wrong, I also got these spoilers from a friend who read the novel๐ซฃ. but yeah. I know aioom met May at the airport and may confessed to her thinking she was Aioon (the one who saved her from the bullies), Aioom knew this but used May for her money...
she didn't know at first but after the accident she knew, aioom already told her she would send Aioon to break up with her so by the time she met Aioon, she knew exactly who she was meeting
I have read this thread as well, and read some parts of the novel (A Certain Someone). For me, my opinion is that,…
makes sense...
but I must disagree on one thing
firstly let me clarify....Although I've known about 'A Certain Someone' for years, I haven't read it yet, despite reading great reviews on Novel Updates. I also haven't watched the first two episodes of the drama adaptation. Therefore, I can't share the same disappointment as original fans. However, I empathize with their perspective.
I get where you're coming from though, you're basically offering a positive spin on the writers' decision to take a different approach. Your points are valid, and some fans might come around if the drama maintains momentum without lagging.
However, I disagree with using 'Bad Buddy' as an example of successful adaptation changes. We need to consider the differing levels of success and fandom between 'A Certain Someone' and 'Bad Buddy'. The latter had a smaller, less passionate following, allowing for more flexibility in storytelling due to budget constraints. Most fans discovered 'Bad Buddy' through the drama, making it easier to accept changes.
In contrast, 'A Certain Someone' has a dedicated fan base that fell in love with the original story. Changes to the drama adaptation can be jarring and hurtful. I understand why fans are upset, even if I'm not disappointed myself (since I haven't watched it yet๐).
has china lifted the ban on Bromance? is this true?
