Just netflix an that's why Americanisation of the Asian drama scene is becoming a problem. Just look at Vagabond…
This! I watch Asian dramas because you get a beginning, a middle and most importantly an ending. Also, they don't drag a show out past it's original concept and sell by date just because it's popular. How many seasons and spin-offs of The Walking Dead do we need?! Ultimately, it's down to the Asian show producers not to sell out to western market.

Why split the drama? Hate that so many dramas are being ruined because of this.
I first became aware of this phenomena with Breaking Bad when they split the final season in two and separated them by a year. Don't know if they were doing it before this but it's to hang onto subscriptions whereas people might cancel after a show has finished. Now they seem to be trying it at different points in the life cycle of a the show. They did this with the first season of Money Heist Korea, splitting it into two parts and totally ruined it. At the end of the show you know the characters and story but at the beginning you are still finding your feet with the show - working out what's going and getting to know the characters.

fr, when i started watching part 2 i'd forgotten everything that happened in part 1
Same here. It took me a while to work out who people were and what was happening. It they had delivered it as normal, the viewing figures overall might have been better.

I hate this trend for splitting seasons and it's particularly stupid for a first season. Money Heist Korea is unlikely to get a second season as the second half viewing figures weren't as strong as the first part. It was really disjointing to watch as you haven't seen enough to remember everything and everyone.
