not much story - very casual typical action - all of this feels like a big car company advertisement as well as only made to promote Kim Seon Heo. The director sells dimpl smile of Kim Seo Heo. Overall a pretty mediocre. It doesn't fulfill any of the whole spectrum needs.
If 5% is doing well then 6% would be a super hit. earlier ratings didn't exist n now pretty good imaginative interpretation is done. Summer's most disappointing drama. heh. completely down. Audience views n ratings lowest made records. through web platforms it is able to survive - escaping cancel but it can do b/c idols - 2 other low ratings shows were able to get through all 10 episodes.
That japanese drama is totally different from this drama - anything added just for the sake. This drama hardly qualifies for 12+ half of cheap comedy trick in romance dramas is to show outside of love hotels. does that make them 18+

This writer is playing cliches in the most simplest manner. The other writer is running a scam n ruining the whole rom-com genre can learn a thing or two from this writer.
Those who complain about chemistry n forced couple - like any other korean romance isn't the same - rarely story n characters have realistic flow in dramas, more apparent in kdramas who run on very corny n flippant filters.
Those who see - want to see - feel - can see the couple. as simple as that.
I said it 1st week itself - this is your typical low quality korean romance. Korean novels usually are above avg. quality but expecting quality from a webtoon is foolishness n it really loses as a tv media - then you have a thirsty heroine paraded around by writer who has no game in the story or plot. Fan made videos put more effort in their content than writer+director did. It has no substance overall - merely a fanservice product playing same copy-paste.
ratings aren't good - more like at the tip being called rating. Audience reactions aren't much +ve either - this drama can be short lived if ratings n audience views not change by next 2 weeks.

This is better romance of 2023 among all asian romance dramas. If you consider a rom-com even then it's ahead of others - it is using cliches as suchv so turning out to be the best summer drama in its genre and if you ignore cliches then drama is quite a likable family drama.
I don't like thai dramas much as they all look copy-paste n not for adult audience but this drama has that feeling n that quality is coming from the source aka novel.

It's the same for every asian drama out there - no sense no logic moments easily taken because a tv drama, especially in kdramas.
funny scenes are not forced - except that fruit scene. Sarcastic social take is in every episode.
Overall, efforts put - entertaining , above average writing - director doing the job.
