I have watched all 14 episodes of Our Neighbourhood Lawyer Mr. JO.
It sure is fun and brings smiles on your face. You get Emotional and see the social relationships of people. BUT A BIG BUT show is just playing the Hero Route.

MR. JO the super hero doing this and that and everyone being cautioned about Mr. Jo
Courtroom drama is more based on human emotions than rationality and logic.

Rather Justice vs Injustice it is more like Mr. Jo vs. Chairman Jung aka Daehwa Corporation.
Lee Eun Jo is on cover page but so far acted as other side characters. An Assistant at best.
Loan Shark Bae Dee Soo+ 2 subordinates become part of Mr. Jo's team quite easily.

Then how Mr. Jo was prosecuted in 1st episode and perjury is brought at every instance yet most of unknown characters are caught taking bribes/obstructing the law/Misleading the judge and hence blocking the path to justice and much more and none is actually punished.

The cases are solved by Fluke and not by smartness of Mr. Jo and Team. Suddenly character conscience wakes up and they become witness. Show lack some Sarcasm and Mr. Jo needed to be more witty.

MUSIC: Opening song and that other song are too good. Background Music has kept the show up.

PROBLEM: There is no problem with the story. Anyone can PLAN but real battle starts at implementation. I think whole courtroom drama is weak. It lacks substance and this must be the playground of Mr. Jo but most of the time MR. JO the smart is act similar to Lee Eun Jo.

Cases are solved and we get good results. Justice Prevails. We clap and all live happily ever.
As i said earlier the show emphasize on Emotions of Humans more than any Logic and that's why Most of Witness appear out of nowhere to testify. It is quite Predicable and all but i Audience is satisfied then Director have done his/her job.

I'm not pleased with this whole scenario where primary space is taken by emotions and by the end of Episode or Case Logic doesn't play much of a role. If proper Logic was applied
Chairman Jung's Spoiled Son wouldn't be out of reach of law.

I have randomly written the paragraphs and my wall of text is already huge so i stop here.

Hey Marooya, I will do my long wall of text rants here on regular basis. I have problem with all of these convenient events but i'm trying to ignore them as much as possible. Strong female characters always attracts my attention.

Hey SaraXD. We don't know the story of Ex-fiance so i won't criticize her for now.
Our Oh Hae Young and Ex-fiance suits it best.

That Jump and That Hub and that Heart-Thump. Each and every episode made my day and i'm feeling quite delighted.

One of the best thing about this show is its Scenery. River shots and those Sakura Petals falling down. Then we atleast 1 scene of Park and greenery. Good depiction of Mother Nature is here.

Music is quite amazing here and making scenes much more funny and emotional. Each Time Main song starts it just touches my heart and all these feelings reach my heart.

Now 5 more days of wait. I think we need names for both
Oh Hae Young = OUR Fans Oh Hae Yeong.
Oh Hae Yeong = smily ex Oh Hae Yeong. Small names would be better.

I also don't understand How come Older Sister can tolerate the ex-fiance of her brother when she hate the name itself.

The only complaint would be too much Soju Consumption in this show. It is like some leading Drink Brand is sponsoring the show.

Great OST . The main song always makes me teary. Seo Hyun Jin has done beautiful job and I'm in love with Oh Hae Yeong. Younger brother is played good part in comedy but the one that shines the most is Mother and Daughter.

It really sounds cool and only 25 minutes so we are saved.

He isn't a House Husband. Kim Jae Min actually took Paternity leave.
Companies means business and in big companies "working from home" incentive is given to women. Also most big companies have creche. Problem lies in small and medium scale enterprises where Employees rights are not properly secured.

I Like happy endings. Everyone loves happy endings. This is what we got.

Simple Straight and full of sweet smiles. Yeah Yeah Episode 15 and 16 are too much Annoyance. I try and again but i just can't accept all the illogical things happening around.

All that sweetness and Ok Da Jung smiles made my heart flutter. But how come I ignore all this Viewer appeasement. They took advantage of Viewers Feelings. Media Business.

kisskh generally overrate shows but this time score of 7.6 is the right one for this show.

This is what you expect from a Korean Drama. All the positive atmosphere and happiness all around. Wishful and making Viewers all giddy but ignoring Rationality.
1st Husband the Director. Predictable.
2nd Husband Cameo. Predictable.
3rd Husband. I actually liked the guy but well He Gained something out of all of this.

Father learning dance and his 3 sons going through love troubles. hehehe.

I haven't watched the Raw or Spoiler but it seems like LYRICAL you got your Birthday Gift.

A wife has to stop the husband from going onto wrong path.
Tough Love plays important role but well, we all how things happened.
Divorce was the just the outcome of already broken Relationship.

Husband and Wife both at fault.

I watched the episode and i was laughing at president all the while. You can't feel any sympathy for him at all Or I'm a dry heart person.

I'm actually very disappointed with whole of Episode and things that happened.

Nam Jung Ki made 2 good dialogues in the episode. Overall Episode was an annoyance and Headache. You should feel good for Lovely Cosmetics but things are done so terribly that You only end up annoyed. Hero Side winning for the sake of Winning is the most annoying concept.

2nd Husband makes an entry again. I thought He will do a cameo of 1 minute in 16th Episode and here it is.

Legally Speaking everyone got away so easily. In the end who really suffers is Day-traders or investors and they made mockery of whole Law,commercial law, Stock Exchange, Securities market regulator and INNOCENT VIEWERS.

Sailor Moon was embarrassing for me but happy moment for Woo Joo.
It was actually Nam Jung Ki episode. I think 50% of dialogues came from him.

All those inner thoughts and conflict is the strong point of show and Nam Jung Ki.
It was also pleasant to see that Nam Jung Ki go back and forth with everything happening around him. Greed and Temptation vs. Happiness and Integrity.

Ok Da Jung and extra curricular activities but real happiness is at WorkPlace.

3rd Husband has lost some grip on affairs and Director is making him weak by episode instead of making Marketing Team stronger. Mr. Lee is angry as per previews and Director Kim paid the price for all the misadventures.

Episode 13 was fun but it lacked the Financial Quality Control.

Nam Jung Ki is jealous. ahh. I like how vice Chief Yang tried to spread rumours and indulged in office Gossip.

Trust is one of the main theme of the show but hasn't been Explored Properly.
They are also just touching the surface of Business world.
For the sake of some Comical Drama they add some Fiance and Management issues here and there. Don't expect High level Logic anymore.

After all It is an All-Out-War as Told by Our Chief Ok Da Jung.

2nd Divorce not necessarily occurs because 1 or both of the spouse are bad people. Change is the norm of life and the only constant.

Chief wants happiness for both 1st and 3rd husband and that shows that love was true one.

You can try to cover up Nam Jung Ki as many times you wish to and you can thrash Mr. Lee as much you want but fact stands there.
Legally or logically or morally Your hero Mr. Nam Jun Ki took used the BRIBE Money. Purpose not even matter here.
As you said earlier " no one is saint here" So don't try to put Nam Jung Ki on high Pedestal.

I'm supporting none of the Male characters nor i'm sympathising with anyone here. You're quite Judgemental about Mr. Lee when we the audience not know much about him.

Our Chief married because she saw Something Good in him.

Ofcourse we both have different point of view and that's what makes a healthy discussion. We're on the same side as Viewers.

Another Good Episode. I kept on thinking what was right or wrong. Sigh.
Human world isn't easy to deal with and this episode reminded me of 1st episode where Nam Jung Ki was nowhere and everywhere.

I though Mr. Lee will be here till Episode 12-13 but it seems like This is the final fight Lovely Cosmetics has to fight. Enemies within the institution. wow. Employees migrating from Gold Chemicals and lovely Cosmetics becoming Training Stadium. All the games will be played here now. As Conference Interview Said 1st Husband is here till Episode 16.

We need 2nd husband for more fun. Logically Episode was Weak but that wasn't the main issue here. The drama that geared up was the real show and it was done well.

Nam Jung Ki survived and Survived but this time he gave his own Resignation. That was one of the Crucial Point there.

As usual Our Chief Ok Da Jung acted wisely and brought situation to control.

As i said earlier they are too much "yes sir" mode that they have forgotten about their own values and morals.
None of them in terrible trouble and past several months the hardships they went through. The right path they followed. The integrity and respect they had lost was now in their hand and what they actually did was throw it all away.

They literally show too-weak of a character.
THEY were Tempted and there is nothing wrong with it.
Rest of is all an Excuse for Nam Jung Ki. This is what Nam Jung Ki stated himself. All his thoughts and guilt and Monologue points to that.

Everyone likes money but doesn't mean you have to sell yourself for it.
Episode 12 Resignation Letter of Nam Jung Ki points that.

Don't throw much anger on Mr. Lee. He was ONCE a COMMONER too. He also belong to Middle-Class. He also believed in things other believed in.

But the dry winds of Real human world changed him. Money aka Greed is a force in itself. On side you support bribing and other side you thrash 3rd husband.

2nd Thing he didn't said Money can buy everything but it can help show peoples real character. He threw the dice and now is sitting there watching as an spectator.

Money can't buy happiness but money do open paths to happiness.

Super Episode 11. Marketing Team so easily tempted by 1 million won.

Chief Ok Da Jung RIGHT again and making all those words coming from Heart.

Funniest scene is of Bong Gi attracting attention of all the Females.

Important scene: Ok Da Jung disappointed to know even Nam Jung Ki used the bribe.

3rd Husband is COOL. Yup Mr. Lee needs to be proven wrong. He is too logical and practical and self-centered and self-obsessed maybe!?
His life is like My life My rules My Kingdom and if you dare to step be ready to pay price.
Why Should 3rd Husband care about others worries/feelings/financial situation?
Every single human being is Selfish and Greedy by nature. Mr. Lee is a big investor and he has every right to secure his investments. Technically Mr. Lee is Correct.

As we all thought People cry People die People Beg People Protest but who cares about Commoners.
People at top positions only cares about Money and Power. We all have seen past several years were difficult for most of the world and huge number of people lost their Jobs and that's how things are done in real world.

3RD Husband has thrown an ACE and let's see what we get in Episode 12.

Money VS. Relationships.

Nam Jung Ki : As thought because of Woo Joo money was used by Nam Jung Ki. I was thinking he won't do it do it but i also thought it was 35% possible and in the end 35% Won.

Chief Ok Da Jung took it the cool way. How many times Our Chief gonna save and teach these guys. Really, It has started to Annoy me.

ALL Hail our Cheif Ok Da Jung.

Whether Nam Jung Ki used Money for good or bad it doesn't even matter. In the end it is all an EXCUSE. The same way Deputy Han was making excuse of Family.

Bribe money was used for their own good. Temptation was there and and they lost their reason and morals right there.

They must add SLICE OF LIFE genre because this SOL is actually a genre.
Manga goes till only 1 volume so we can't expect much episodes? Or there will be Original Episodes created.

Overall, Story looks cool.
