He is a good person. He loves Park Jin and Kim Do Joo as his own family. Park Jin resigned because of the tragedy assuming the responsability. He could never do that to Park Jin. If he did some sh&t he would die.
I agree that he could have tried to discover something is just that he don't know it was Jin Mu. He just thought that Naksu run wild. That's what he, Yul and everybody thought.
I said it in the end of part one. I said it in the time we were waiting for this part. I said it in the begin of part two. Not just me but many other people here.
Listen again: We are not getting a badass Naksu. She is gone. What some of you need to understand that? It's completely on the context of story. The only thing that could happen is that she could kill Jin Mu. But I really doubt of it.
