Yes. Its not set in stone. But I don't believe it. There will be no reason for this plot and they keep queen's soul alive for a reason. She probably will come back.

I think it's because JSM is playing three characters she tryed to change her voices. So when it's Naksu she sets the voice to be closer to GYJ. And they're similar. I think its incredible actually.

Don't need to rewatch. He said it. But I think it's open to interpretation. And if turns out to be not her mother it's a plot hole because he has magic power from her mother side and is always said his Yul's cousin.
