Ya, the story didnt go off tangent

30 episodes is not too long and thankfully didnt unnecessarily drag the story.

The ending truly closed up well, even if there is sequel, some of the Mystic Nine Masters will not return for sure.

Maybe Jeremy Tsu now has too many supporting roles to play in many dramas, his screen time as Er Ye or 2nd Master was even lesser than Jiu Ye or 9th Master.

Can somebody please upgrade Madam Yu to top supporting FL, she has more screen time and presence to 2FL (yake) in the drama 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 please... tq

FL is too pitiful in ep. 4. Dont even know how or who she is go to to avenge her unfortunate state.

FL is the prettier and younger (edited) version of Zhou Dongyu, i cant help thinking.

Not to say the best atleast a different genre as there were too many costume dramas

This 2024 reality show just got re-release in Aug 2026 in YouTube.

The refreshing part of this reality show is that the main theme is about gardening and plants. Zhang Songwen also did the things he always does, chatting with ordinary folks in the neighbourhood. ZSW also showed off his Cantonese throughout the show.

He had a leased place outskirt of Beijing amd wanted to build an indoor Brilliant Garden with a stage for his friends or guests to perform. Selection of plants, trees and decorations together while in the old set of his mega drama -"Knocked Out" with guests he knew... back then Zhou Ye and Joseph Zeng were not that A list popular so they had time to participate in low traffic kinda of reality show...i guess.
