Can someone explain how he came back to life at the end? Bcs of the 3 hearts that FL used or?

It was very hard to watch :3 I tried comparing one just in chinese as they have full episodes in right order and this one.. was manageable but not very fun

Can't remember the last time I cried this much on a drama T.T But so good <3 I'm just sorry they didn't give us more content on ep 14-17, bcs the beginning was a bomb. It was either rushed or slow later on... Depends how you look at it. But yeah.. She spent so many time rejecting him that they should have given us at least a bit of their married life :( Too bad
