Agreed :) Nah, I'm more into old school investigations, but I guess I can't expect of them to make a Korean version of Poirot :D I'd watch it though.

I know, I watched Memories of Murder, they used the same elements of incompetence and violence, but that's not it. I don't think it has anything to do with the term "serial killer" but common sense. The clues were screaming in their faces but they seemed all dumb. I just hate the trope of "stupid policemen", you can see it in Mystery Queen as well. It drives me nuts because I like to watch competent and intelligent detectives, not... the dumb ones.
Anyway, I just think they could have handled it better. I loved the cast and scenography. And to be honest, I'd have preferred if the whole drama was set in the 80s, instead of time traveling to the present.

The plot makes me wanna puke.

I really wanted to love this, but can't get over the fact how stupid the detectives are in this drama. They rely on violence rather than intelligence and couldn't get even the smallest clues. I lost interest in 3rd ep, such a pity...

You realize you're old when even hot half-naked guys cannot save the drama from being dropped...
