Yeah, I read somewhere that S.Korea ranks higher than Japan when it comes to suicide rate, a terrible thing. As for loneliness, have you seen those documentaries about them not being able to connect to other people? It's really rampant in Japan. Also this:

I agree with everything except the "male-centric country not being a bad thing." I believe that patriarchy is a terrible thing and as long as men do not respect women or see them just as breeding vessels they cannot move on as a society. They are superior technology wise but look at the high number of suicides and lonely people. They are dying out as a nation. And I love Japan but I have to acknowledge its bad sides.

Hate cheating/unfaithfulness as much as anybody, but what does their private affairs have to do with their profession?…
Even the late Kobe Bryant lost more than few endorsements when he was charged with sexual assault. Organizations and companies do not want to be associated with adulterers and criminals. Completely normal if you ask me.

I don't think you should have brought up that thing with the kids... It's as if you're blaming Anne in a way, that is terrible.
Unless they publicly announce that some of his kids aren't his, statements like these should be avoided.

Title Homeroom
I wonder the same, I guess you're referring to that creepy naked scene from the trailer... :/
According to the synopsis, he's a stalker, but what creeps me out the most is the fact that he's pursuing her first, it's usually the other way round.

I kind of agree but I definitely understand why they didn't get nominated individually, as both families worked…
I just don't think they were special in any way individually. I understood them culturally.

Another terrible representation of people with disabilities. I know this is almost 10 years old but it ticks me…
I kinda agree with you but I think the film also portrays the other, dark and realistic, side - people with mental disabilities can hurt other people.

I agree, I personally couldn't relate or connect to any character individually so I don't think any of them deserve such an award.

This is an interesting article. The only thing missing is a list of dramas that are representative of each type.…
You're right, I should have included the dramas that these gifs are from. The article is really old so I'll try to find them and replace the broken links.

What needs to be updated exactly?
Godfrey Gao is mentioned, among others... If you have a longer list feel free to send it to me and I'll gladly update the article. It's impossible for me to know everything after all! :) There are just too many countries to cover.
