In the first exchange, JZ was born from the nine springs. He was "brand new".
Nope, you are not getting my point. The exchange can happen with somebody dead who already existed. It means Bin Lou Huan was exchanging his life for whom? Yes Jin Zhao looks like him, but how did that one died first of all? It's like that other master and the lady who wants to give her life. The master already existed and she was about to vanish in order that her master could show up again. Either Bin Lou Huan had a twin... or this Jin Zhao was a very similar looking random guy who was found by Bin Lou Huan to become his alter ego for the future.
Shut... all 36 are up now. It smells like a mini marathon. Yet I'm clueless where does Jin Zhao comes from. Hi is brouthg back at the dragon well when Bin Lou Huan exchanges his life... but where this JZ comes from?
The orbs provide energy to Kun (Qi's mom) but since it comes from human beings, it also contains dark energy that…
Thanks for the reminder. It has a lof ot taoism indeed in the sense that there are more than just one actions that hold some evil, supposedly to achieve a good, like the twin mass killing to protect her sister.
Ok, now I'm a bit lost. The orbs that Qi mom's has absorved were provided by the very same guys who now are trying to "contain her" or even using Qi and Jin Z to kill her. Were they thinking that the orb pearls would cease her rage?
Not made for soft stomachs. Though it doesn't get gore, there are many strong scenes where you have to deal with the duality of acting for the better good of all or just out of selfishnes.
I fall sleep at some point. The problem with occidental indie movies is that trying to be stetic, they fall in the trap of leaving wide gaps of boredom. Japanese tend to leave also silence and visual gaps, but theirs are like a poem. The story had potential but it turns very bland and even irrelevant at some point. Aside from the bar talk, the rest is just suppositions. I'm leaving First Love (2022) as a recommendation. That one didn't fail.
In honor of truth, her voice is nerve breaking. But I endure only because of Xu Kai.
It may be, but I've been watching all Xu Kai's work and this is the first time they put the FL to talk like a child and very high. So it does get annoying. The character is ok but it didn't need that high pitch.

Again, we are not in anime. There was no need to put her to talk like that. Get over it and accept it, it is annoying. It's probably first main lead with Xu Kai that is upseting because of that scratchy voice.
