The wild dog was infected by the green eye target( Captain Jo) and the wild dog bit the two red eye target ( North korean soldier and Corporal Oh). So as a result they both have red eyes beacuase they got infected with radiactive substance as well as rabies. You get it now? I guess I made it too complicated hehe.
